Entertainment was re-booted 3-4 times during the flight to get it to work consistently."

The flight attendants we very kind in trying to assist me in finding appropriate food. The flight was very comfortable and the flight attendants were wonderful all-around."
Cons: "Boarding of the flight was delayed which impacted our arrival time in Zurich. I had a connecting flight- but so did at least 10 other Swiss flights at that time. The queues for customs were incredibly long and the only reason I made my flight was because I ran through the airport. I also had a challenging time with food. I am celiac and often cannot eat the standard fare on planes. I called in advance of my flight to notify someone of my allergy - and they told me the only way I could ensure such a meal was by purchasing a meal that cost $30. I was not willing to pay such a hefty surcharge for food because I had already payed a bit extra than budgeted because my partner had recommended the excellent service of Swiss. I have traveled on several airlines for intercontinental flights between Boston and Europe - and have always had my allergy accommodated at no extra cost. Once on the flight - I was offered an orange and banana for dinner and a small yoghurt for breakfast. I will be flying Swiss again in December and I sincerely hope they will be better equipped to provide for my dietary requirements."

Cons: "We got to Rome airport 4 hours before to not miss flight! They booked us with 45 min to connect in Zurich. Then flight from Rome kept getting delayed with no explanations. We got to Zurich with 30 minutes to go. We literally ran to get to gate E. We got no help from Swiss employees and got to our gate with 10 min before flight. They said gate was closed. Went to transfer desk, next flight was next day at 1 pm. Missed very important meeting at work that I had planned around for months. Very upset and disappointed. Felt they could have helped us a lot more and got us on our flight."

Cons: "At the check-in gate there was pandemonium. It was not clear how to proceed. The lines were long and disorderly. Since I had passed through passport control, I didn't think I would need to go through again just before boarding. I was in line, ready to have my boarding pass scanned when I was told I needed to have my passport checked! I had to step out of line, go back and get my passport checked, then go back in line to board! I could not get an assigned seat until I got to Zurich. I needed an aisle seat (I had a bladder infection and would need to use the toilet often). It was left up to me to negotiate with my neighbor to switch seats--- the crew would not help at all. I was cramped in my seat. The man in front of me put his chair too far back; I was difficult to work on my laptop with so little room between me and the table. The snack was horrible---uncooked, tasteless calzone and ice cream."

Only complaint would be that on the way to the plane (we had to take a bus) we were packed in like sardines and it was very hot. Once we got to the plane, we were left standing in the bus for a couple minutes. Because of the heat, I thought I was going to pass out."

I told them I was awake, reading a paper, and definitely was not offered water. They then gave me 2 small bottle of water, which was a very good idea.. The screen with the flight inf. stopped working mid-flight and we never got it back. No announcements either, and we did not know where we were or how much longer the flight would be until they announced our approach to Miami."

I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

But, when we landed, as passengers were trying to get off of the plane, the attendants were putting all of the collected luggage at the entry to the jetway. It created congestion. Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

Thankfully others on my flight were also late so the Ottawa bound plane did not leave on time"

I was stuck in the last row, back of the plane & had seen other people with coffee. The flight attendant told me no, I would have to wait for 3 more hours for coffee at breakfast. A smiling face showed up within minutes & asked if I wanted coffee. She told me that when she hears someone else say "no" that she thinks it should always be "yes". She was the African American flight attendant (wish I would have got her name). She brought me coffee, offered tylenol & checked in on me again later."

Poor selections on the movies. No charging stations in the seat. This plane was very noisy so I was really glad to have noise cancelling headphones. Very expensive to select seats as it was bought through a non-Delta site to get the desired connections."

I have many friends and family who lives in canada and usa but by facing this bad behaviour and problems never ever recomnd your airline to any of them."

WestJet was unable to add my TSA pre-check to the ticket so I had to wait on security lines. will never fly Westjet again, will use Air Canada or American to get from NY to Toronto"

Pros: "Boarding process was handled very nicely, meaning good instruction without being matronly or demeaning. Seating in first class is comfortable. Crew was efficient but not overly friendly. Entertainment options were quite good."
Cons: "Overhead bins are the size of a bathroom medicine cabinet on this CRJ-900. Food options in first class are lacking. Only snacks and then, only crisps cookies and bananas. Would like to see sandwich offered or at least some premium snacks. Wine replenishment is done very sparingly."

The cabin crew were fantastic - very accommodating because I wasn't able to pre-select my vegetarian option online earlier due to the code share. They were very polite and professional. The seats were relatively comfortable and the movies onboard were aired and good. I would fly Air Canada again."
Cons: "I disliked the confusion with the code share. I have never flown a code share before an I was under the impression I was flying Lufthansa - not Air Canada. I really disliked not being able to check in online 24 hours before on either Lufthansa's site or Air Canada. That is ridiculous in this day and age - surely the two airlines can coordinate something were the traveller can check in online on one of the sites. Also, as a vegetarian, I wasn't able to select my meal - I had to hope that they had enough vegetarian meals to give me one. This is another problem thanks to the code share. If this is what code sharing is like, I won't be doing it again. No thanks. I'll book directly."

Seats (like other airlines) were unbearable after a few hours of flight time. Food was cold. Just before boarding the plane my carryon was taken because we had made some purchases at the airport and I had a backpack. I always stow my backpack under my seat and I would not have minded so much if my carryon was returned upon exiting the plane in Frankfurt but it wasn't. I had to go pick it up in baggage claim and then go through customs and security again. I am so glad I had a few hours to spare. If not I would have missed my flight to Houston. Please be considerate of this. I always take carryon to avoid uneccessary time consuming issues such as this or lost baggage. Lufthansa did not have an issue with my bags."

Cons: "The seats were cramped. I was unfortunately seated next to a friendly but rather large person to my left (i was in a middle seat). There was absolutely no room to wiggle and i developed a pain on my left arm by having it tugged at the end of the arm rest (this was a flight of over 8 hours long). Then, i almost got a panic attack with feeling w/o air (the cabin air seemed really stuffy - at my worst moment, i felt that i didn't have any air to breath.) didn't want to give a negative review, but that was how i felt during the flight across the pond - sorry. I have to mention again though the staff was great. The service deserved a A."

It was confusing and boarding was not done by either zone or rows."

Cons: "Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

They tasted great, but left my husband eating only bread. At the first meal the crew just shrugged their shoulders. Second meal they brought him a snack from business class, but it had cream cheese on the sandwich. Drinks were only served during the meals on an 8 hour flight. When crew came back through at the first meal, they only had two bottles of wine in hand offering top offs (no cart, just physically carrying the bottles). We do not drink alcohol. During the second meal I did not even see them offering the top offs. All other airlines have at least come through a couple of times offering water or soda. Announcements were only audible half the time. Customs forms were confusing for people passing through Canada. This might have been explained over the intercom, but again, it was hard to hear."

As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
