Cons:
They gave me the SMALLEST car possible when it was a complete blizzard/ horrible road conditions all week. They also did not have winter tires on their vehicle. I felt extremely unsafe in the vehicle. I was not even able to drive it for some of the days because the car could not handle the road.6,8 Okay

The service was really great. The gentleman assisting me got me a vehicle right away and apologized repeatedly for not having an intermediate sized car like I had booked for (only had SUVs) .Cons:
The only downside was that the SUV available had just been returned and not fully cleaned out yet. Previous driver smoked in it. Not a big deal but not the best haha. The enterprise associate though did make sure that I knew that I could trade it at another location if I needed to which was very kind ! We decided not to as it would interfere with our trip.3,2 Poor

The brand new Hyundai Elantra was the biggest positive. Great and smooth car to drive.Cons:
Specifically, this location of Hertz is unprofessional. I arrived promptly to pick up the car at 8:00 am. But, the manager did not open the store until 8:25, which set back our trip. The same thing could be said on the drop-off. The same person was also late to open the building, which made me late3,9 Poor
