Pros: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Pros: Been flying CX for years and for some reasons this time all the staff members were excellent. From ground to air crew everyone was well informed, nice and helpful. Another surprise was the vegan meal I ordered. Airplane food in general is disgusting, but this time the vegan meal was delicious.

Cons: Flying out from JFK is a nightmare, we had to wait for 40 mins on the runway. Not sure if airlines can actually improve that?

Cons: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected

Cons: Seats are not comfortable for a 14 hour flight. One meal was served 1 hour before landing, Need for more drinks and food during a 14 hour flight. Flight was held at gate for 45 minutes before takeoff without explanation. Luggage was not transferred from a connecting flight.

Pros: Good approachable crew. Very professional. Aircraft very modern and internal atmosphere very organized. Everything where it’s meant to be.

Cons: Difficult when you’re tall to have better seating.

Pros: The crew was very nice and I was offered to move to an empty row but my next seat neighbors moved and I had a row on my own. The food was excellent, not spicy as I like it.
