Cons: Need to serve better food in economy. There is a little more legroom in economy compared to other airlines, however, the seats are tight. They are not wide enough. Need better movie selection.

Cons: Food from New York to doha was average. Doha to Karachi excellent. Over all it was excellent experience. People on the ground at doha airport was exceptional. Very courteous and ready to go serve. This is what I call real service.

Cons: Boarding from Delhi was slow. Families with small kids and seniors were asked to board but the aircraft was not accessible for more than 15 minutes. The cabin service was very slow and started good two hours after the take off from Delhi. The coffee/tea were Lukewarm.

Pros: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Pros: Flight attendants were excellent, food service very good. If the service is so good in economy, I can't imagine how nice it would be to fly in business class. I would fly Qatar Airlines all the time if the price is right.

Cons: Economy row seats don't give you enough space for your legs between rows, but this is a systemic problem among airlines. You have to live with it or move up to business class.

Cons: The crew was NOT friendly or helpful, and the dinner served was cold. The bread was even stale. The snacks and breakfast was fine, but it makes a difference when the only main meal is not good.

Pros: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

Pros: Crew was great. They made up for mistakes in a positive and amenable way.

Cons: Flight was late. There was no communication about it. The flight from Joburg to Doha was late, therefore I missed my connection. The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing.

Pros: The crew was amazing. Managed to get a whole row to myself (bonus!).

Pros: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Cons: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Cons: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.
