Pros: Gorgeous hotel, staff were lovely, really good location
Cons: The only downside is the parking might be too busy for you to get a space! I specifically picked this hotel as advertised with free parking for hotel residents and it had a large car which is correct but the car park is public and was full when I arrived.

Pros: service and breakfast
Cons: due to one of us unable to use the lift we were given a room on a lower floor. we could hear every announcement made at the railway station. we should have been told that this could have been an issue and if possible given us a room on another

Pros: Cosy and comfortable excellent breakfast
Cons: Very noisy
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We’ve been to this venue a number of times over its history. It’s last refurbishment of it’s rooms does this property justice. We stayed over a weekend and were impressed at both the rooms, restaurant and bar areas. If you are a real ale drinker they have a good selection as they do in their wines and spirits. Breakfast is good with a good cooked and cold selection available. Really enjoyed our stay and if you want a view of the Dee estuary from your window room 4 is the one for you.

Pros: The rooms were bright
Cons: The bathroom smelt terrible and the room was exceptionally hot. We turned the radiator off and had both windows open but couldn’t sleep .
9,0 Excellent
Pros: staff polite and obliging. Location good close to where I wanted to be, evening meal good and the chef even made something not on the menu. Lifts to all levels my elderly parents can't do stairs so a bonus.
Cons: The room was a little too warm for my liking and the pillows i'm afraid were very uncomfortable (like bricks) and also the scrambled eggs at breakfast were awful, so sloppy. We had to leave them

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff
Cons: Jacuzzi bath didn’t work had to be moved once unpacked. Fire alarms went off early in the morning and we had just one night here so that was quite unpleasant

Cons: We booked a double room but our bed was made up of two single mattresses. We would have preferred a double mattress. There was loose grout on the tiles in the bathroom so it was uncomfortable walking around barefoot.

Pros: Very convenient location in Hoylake
Cons: No air conditioning in the rooms so very hot and even opening the window wasn't ideal. Toilet paper and tissues provided was very poor quality. They charged £4 for parking your car which seemed mean and penny pinching
