Great staff. Very friendly & helpful
Hot tub not working. Get the other elevator working.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet
bathroom was great very conveniently located
carpet felt old
AVOID if you have a cat
They are not cat friendly. The room we stayed in allowed our cat to run up into a crawl space including the ceiling and potentially the walls and ceilings of nearby rooms. This was a living nightmare, as she disappeared for close to ten minutes while hotel staff had no idea what to do. I'm sure the hotel is lovely if you don't have a cat, but if you do, avoid this hotel at all costs.
Not as I booked....
Were were given the option to upgrade our room...at a cost of 40$ a night. Rooms were comfortable and overall enjoyed our stay.
When booking the hotel we booked a deluxe queen room....however when checking in we were told we could only have a room with 2 singles as there were no other comparable rooms. We were given the option to upgrade. So adding an extra cost and the parking is also approx. 40 $ a night!
Worth the value
The staff were very accomodating. Went out of their way to assure we were taken care of - without even being asked. Friendly concierge and bell staff. Would definately stay here again.
all you expect and more....Comfortable mattress, pillows, fabulously smooth & lush linens, and quiet! a nice surprise, in a hotel so conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver!!
Don't trust Kayak
The hotel itself was really nice. The bed was super comfy and it had little light switches on the side so you didn't have to get up to shut them off at night. The bathroom was huge, and the hotel had a sauna/pool open most hours of the day.
Kayak booked us a room for three with one bedroom and a cott. The room name description was unclear and it really caught me off guard when I got there and the reception said "So, you'll be needing a cott?" without any prior knowledge from me. We just crammed all three people on the bed, which worked, but it was not at all what I thought was going to happen.
Comfort, Size of rooms, Location
Two minute walk to Sky Train and connection to airport. Good bar/restaurant. All for less than half of the Four Seasons across the street.
Slow check in/out because of having only one staff at desk.
Overall just about excellent.
Pool was being worked on. Had to use pool across at 4 seasons in 40 degree weather. Incredibly inconvenient
The hotel was wonderful. I very much enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice and very accommodating in getting our friends on the same floor.
very professional front desk staff , quiet and clean room, fantastic bed. I've had very pleasant stay. Thank you!
The room was nicely appoimted and clean. The lobby staff were very freindly and the restauarant food and service, Diva, was excellent.
The location and street were under construction which was not made clear during booking.
The bed was one of the most comfortable in which I've ever slept. The room's curtains (when drawn) kept all light out - night and day. The location was excellent.
Location to sites of interest, shopping and dining.
the location was great and i particularly liked Diva and the staff in the restaurant
Excellent location. Good facilities. Friendly and helpful satff.
Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent staff
convenience and luxury; great service
only one elevator was working and construction was going on next door....
the location gives good access to downtown business.
doormens quality lacks uniformity. some of them very cordial and cheerfu but some of them seems not familiar to Canadian style of lifel
My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, they would put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next day with a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!!
Not at all, everything was outstanding. The staff are always smiling..... ;-)
