Great location, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, nice pillows, and clean. My room was nicely outfitted, and I had a great view from the 29th floor with peek-a-boo views of the water between the buildings. Very convenient having a Starbucks in the lobby also. A short walk to Canada Place and to the waterfront.

Professional courteous check in, very friendly staff. Attached to a mall with a drug store handy as well as a couple of fast food restaurants if you are looking for a cheap quick meal.

Cons (-) Elevator system is awkward at first. If in a rush, new user is going to be confused. Was stuck on my floor for 10 minutes waiting for elevator and couple is elevator that came said they had gotten stuck in the elevator. One of the bathroom lights didn't work.

Pros (+) I've stayed here many times and like the quality of the property, including rooms, how well connected it is to amenities, including the Skytrain station next door, and it has a nice fitness facility that's available 24/7.
