Excellent location! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Easy access to the convention center, shopping, and food options.
Even on the 18th floor, the street traffic was quite loud in my room. I requested a 3:30 AM wake up call that never came. Fortunately my phone woke me up for an early flight, but that could have been a disaster.
The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean.
The elevators took forever. It is a large hotel with many floors, but it took on average 10 minutes to get from our room on the 17th floor to the lobby.
The location of the hotel.
I noticed that some visitors did not know how to use the elevator.
I loved the service from the staff and how happy they always looked when they came to my room and the way they spoke to me. The cleaners also did a great job cleaning the room and always set up my stuffed animals in funny positions!! :D
