Expedia/Hotel.com failed to mention this hotel has shared bathrooms only. Knowing this we would have not reserved that hotel. Nowhere in the reviews was is mentioned either. We are extremely grateful for the reception clerk, Jose, who immediately understood we were not aware of the shared bathroom situation and made sure to cancel our reservation without penalty. Pros (+) Value, location.
Cons (-) Room was stuffy and hot, even with the window open. Bed was uncomfortable. I didn't mind the no-frills nature of the Kingston, only wish it was a bit more comfortable.
