Pros (+) The staff was amazing, attentive, polite. The room, while on the smaller side, was beautiful; the bathroom spacious and modern.
Cons (-) The bed was a little slopey but this hotel is gorgeous.

Pros (+) Friendly staff. 4.5 stars - Really nice rooms that are getting near time for updating. I will happily stay there again.
Cons (-) The guest rooms are starting to show minor signs of wear: HVAC - Thermostat no longer working properly; either high fan (noisy as heck) or no fan at all. Bed - getting very lumpy and needs to be flipped or turned. But overall very nice.

Pros (+) Great location!
Cons (-) Felt the staff was a little stuffy; thought the room was OK, wasn't what I expected (for the price). No ice machine?! Had to call for room service to have that brought up every day...? Maybe I'm not used to boutique hotels.
