They hotel was too old, the beds were too old and uncomfortable. The rooms looked old and so did the hallways.

Excellent location.
The carpets were old and VERY dirty in the room and hallways. The doors were very banged up in the hallways. The Room did not get cleaned on two of the days we were there. It was also very expensive to eat there. I would have expected more from this hotel being a Pinnacle.
