Good Rental, Poor CommunicationPros:Cost, Pick-up process, Rental Condition and QualityCons:Drop-off of rental car. When I went to drop off the rental at 330am the morning of my flight (6am), the rental location was closed. I had to call road side assistance/directions support. Turns out the location is closed until 5am and that Thrifty rentals were to be returned to the Hertz location. I had no problem with the return, but it was stressful to deal with before an early flight in a city I am not familiar with.Reviewed Oct 15 2018

Pros:convenient location, quoted price (actual price was significantly more!)Cons:When dropping the car off, there was only one employee behind the counter working with a couple. He asked if I was dropping off and then told me to "move the car over there." He didn't say "please" or ask nicely, simply commanded me to do it. I walked back in and he eventually told the couple he'd be back and disappeared for at least 5 minutes. A shuttle driver finally showed up and I walked outside and asked if I could drop the car off with him, explaining that the person behind the counter just disappeared. He said, "I'm just tired of doing returns." He did help but the service and the latter employee complaining about his job left much to be desired.Reviewed Sep 5 2018

Thrifty ghosted mePros:There was nothing to likeCons:You need to call them to have a shuttle pick you up but they don’t have their number listed with the rest of the shuttles. I tried to call the office but the number went to the National call center and they refused to contact the office at the airport and could not request the shuttle. Then they all left for the day without calling me or following through with my reservation, even after I gave them my flight info beforehand. Avis hooked me up quickly and easily.Reviewed Jul 30 2018

Car was damagedCons:The car had a rubber splash guard under the front bumper that fell down. It had obviously happened before, because there was duck tape on it as someone had tried to fix it themselves. Cars should be more thoroughly checked before renting them out again.Reviewed Jul 11 2018

Eric was fantasticPros:Eric was a great help. To compensate me for my wait, he upgraded the rental. He also prorated my rate and helped me get a ride to my hotel after I dropped the car off.Cons:I had to wait over 15 minutes for a shuttle from the airport to the rental location.
