Forced to pay for upgrade when car rented online not available. On the day I needed to return, the office was locked when it was scheduled to be open, and several people were waiting to rent cars. 0 stars. However, the employee and manager I met when renting were very nice and made the best out of a tricky situation where online rentals allowed to proceed when cars not on the lot. 1 star for each.Reviewed May 27 2026

Terrible customer service on pick up time , really rude attendant , after I decline insurance coverage she changed her tone . She told me gas was 6.50 within a 5 mile radius from airport to get the gas plan , I didn’t I put gas for 4.19 , she was deceiving .Reviewed May 24 2026

Ten customers in line to rent the car only one person behind the desk with a very poor attitude. Took a very long time. No one in parking lot to help u find the car. Once we found it we couldn’t get the trunk open finally after we were there for awhile someone came and helped us. Returning the car was a total nightmare. A bunch of cars were stacked up like there was no one working to move them. We pulled in line and a car to the side of us was damaged so I left a space in front of me because I didn’t want to scratch our car. The attendant hollered at us three time at the top of his voice with a very demeaning attitude to pull the car up and we ditto it and he was very angry with us. Overall u r in the people business and your people failed u. Very low class and poor tone and didn’t want to be there.Reviewed May 22 2026

We picked up the vehicle within 15 -20 minutes after arriving at the sales desk. The counter person was polite and straight forward. We did not purchase additional upgrade, pre-paid gas or insurance. The only draw-back was the full size vehicle we wanted only available in one model and the three available were all black color with black interior. We were in Maui and wishing to have a lighter color car to drive in because of the heat. This was the only issue. So we were very satisfied.Reviewed May 21 2026
