After waiting 30 minutes to pick up my vehicle (and missing half of my friend's retirement ceremony from the Marines) they did not have the fullsize truck and put me in a smaller uncomfortable Jeep. When returning, the return line was so long I was unable to wait for a return receipt and left the keys in the car at the back of dozens of cars lined up and not yet processed.Reviewed Jun 20 2024

The vehicle had 2 worn back tires. The truck was filthy, windows in the back were smudged with kids finger prints, hair ties with blonde hair throughout the truck, dead bugs on the side of the door, water bottle from previous driver under seat. The young man at the counter was great very friendly and personable! However the lady that was working there with him was extremely rude and nasty! Her attitude is horrible for no apparent reason and does not have the personality to work around a customer service based business! A better job for her would be cleaning toilets or sweeping out the parking lot away from people where she can be angry by herselfReviewed Jan 30 2024
