Pros:Branch was so busy. Difficult to pick up cars. Looks like they need more staff.Cons:Was charged $200 for collision damage I did not opt into because I paid for insurance through my reservation and through my own private insurance. Pros:Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeableCons:We ran around between 2 locations because no one advised the same information which resulted in one teservationnbeing cancelled and new one being created, also after confirming and leaving the office I was called back being advised I was given the wrong car and had to come back. Pros:There should be more staff on hand to assist customers. Those that were there appeared to be trying help the increasing line of people. The representative who helped me appeared to be trying to do his best under difficult circumstances.Cons:I did not get the car I booked and the one I got had not been washed. After going through the car wash I could see quite a few dings. The inside has an odor and there is/was sand or dirt on the carpet and paperwork from previous customers.
