Pros: The pick up das confusing, we arrived at 11pm and stand in a linea forma 1 1/2 hour

Cons: Reserved a vehicle 8 months in advance with a 12:00 pickup time. Arrived at thrifty at 11:30. Did not leave with car until afterwards 3:30, over 4 hours later! They had hundreds of people waiting on vehicles because they had overbooked themselves. People were having to wait until someone returned a car before they could leave with one.
Cons: They added charges that I didn't agree to.
Pros: Staff was helpful...drop off was easy.
Cons: Long wait! Initially only one person working the counter. A second person showed up eventually. Waited 40 minutes to get a vehicle.

Pros: The car itself was good. It had 53,000 miles but still was nice
Cons: It took almost 2 hours to get my rental. I waited in a very long line then had to wait for them to clean and deliver the car. Just ridiculous. Thrifty could have had more desk agents and lot workers as they had to know they had reservations for cars.
Pros: The man who checked us in was very helpful and nice.
Cons: We waited close to TWO HOURS in line to get the vehicle. COMPLETELY unacceptable and unforgivable. They new how many reservations they had for that day and what time people would be arriving, they should have had way more staff present to help with that. Especially when the parent company Herz was right there with absolutely no one in line almost the entire time.
Pros: The person at the rental desk did not add any stress, which I appreciate. The vehicle got good gas mileage and was cheap to fill up. Dropoff was easy.
Cons: 1/ The line for the rental desk was 45 minutes long while staffed around 50%. It seemed like they would have been understaffed even without COVID workplace guidelines in place. 2/ The expectation to pick out my own vehicle from the fleet was not well explained, and there were no staff members in the lot to provide assistance. Ideally, someone would have come with me so that I knew what was appropriate behavior when choosing a vehicle. I would have chosen a different vehicle if I had a staff member for assistance. 3/ Some vehicle-specific complaints.
Cons: Poor experience with pickup. Extremely long line for the checkin counter with too few representatives to handle the customers. Additional line outside waiting for cars to be cleaned to be available for customers. Total delay was 2 hours, which had a domino affect on the rest of schedule that day. Unacceptable.
Pros: great car and drop off
Cons: pick up had only 2 employees and long line and therefore long wait time to get a car.
Pros: The pick-up line was an approximately 1.25 hours. The room was small and customers were not social distancing.
Cons: Communication to waiting customers could have been better. There were only two reps helping customers while there were other employees in back office that looked like they could have helped.
Pros: Drop off was easy; the car was clean, comfortable and worked well.
Cons: The pickup was painfully slow -- over 1.5 hours in line, at the end of a long day of travel. The agents did their best, they were just overwhelmed with all the customers. Seems like Thrifty should have known and prepared for this, since our reservations all include a date and time.
