Our car reservation was 30 miles from the airport. Enterprise wound up canceling our reservation and we had to get a last minute car from Dollar. The price difference was doubled. We made the original reservation weeks ahead of time in good faith. We flew half way across the country and almost had our vacation derailed because of some online miscommunication. Between third party bookings and Enterprise’s horrible customer service I will definitely be making my vacation plans differently next time.Reviewed Jul 29 2023

Entered Denver Airport for our pickup and return location and it immediately popped up the variety of car options to reserve. We selected our small SUV and completed our reservation. Upon arrival at the airport following the rental car location we took the shuttle to the Enterprise location at which we were told the reservation want at the airport location and was actually downtown. We then had to spend $60 to Uber downtown to a dirty lot with two cars on site. The agent told us he could see our original reservation was as for the airport location but that it put us at their downtown location as cars were booked out at the other. The car smelled absolutely horrible- like a dirty diaper pale. We had to keep all the windows down to drive it. We returned the car and the manager said he could waive $100 for the odor but nothing else as it was an issue with Kayak’s reservation system and not Enterprise. Staff was really friendly. Had to pay extra to get a 4WD/AWD vehicle; there was no way to reserve one upfront. You’d think a rental location in Denver, during ski season, where there is a state law for AWD/4WD during the winter months, would have to ability to flag a rental requirement for a AWD/4WD vehicle.Reviewed Mar 29 2023

The car was filthy. The driver-side window didn't work; it kept going down and would not let you close it without trying to raise it multiple times. The car wasn't ready for pickup. We had to wait 6 hours before we could get a filthy car with less than a quarter of a tank.Reviewed Mar 1 2023
