Address was incorrect for pick location. The address given from kayak email was wrong. It sent me to a Toyota car dealership. Enterprise was not anywhere near this address. But I barely made pick up time before closing after making calls and tracking down correct location.Reviewed Aug 24 2024

Becuase we used Kayak ( a third party) we essentially got screwed over. Our pick up site was not where we originally planned and by the time we arrived at the correct location they had given our rental car to someone else. They had no other cars to rent to us. We were charged for a car we never received. Enterprise was unable to provide a refund due to using Kayak and we can not get ahold of someone with Kayak to discuss our situation. They called and td me that there were no cars available to rent after I made the reservation, and was on my way to pick up the car. They said that there was a glitch in their system that allowed them to make a reservation when they were sold out of cars. Just said "Good Luck finding a can in Denver". No offer to help in any way.
