Cons: 3 hour wait in line. I left and rented elsewhere.
Cons: Cars were dirty and smelled like smoke and pot. Not enough shuttles running in the morning.
Pros: Craig was great. He was very helpful when another employee made a huge mistake.
Cons: Deonica was awful. She was extremely rude and was irritated that we wouldn’t listen to her when she tried to give us a different car than the one contracted to us. Stupidity at its finest.

Cons: 2 hour wait to get car was ridiculous. Car interior windows were so dirty we had to clean them.
Pros: I liked having an SUV, but the price was very costly for about 26 hours.

Cons: Our experience in the beginning was very positive with friendly staff to greet us when we picked up our car and even offering an upgrade at no charge.
The only bad experience we had was our car had a dead battery and after over 2 hours trying to contact to a live person contacting their roadside assistance and customer service, we ended up leaving 2 voicemail messages. They responded to our voicemail messages 3 hours later which was too late as we had a plane to catch. We had to take matters into our own hands and since we were out of state had to rely on a good samaritan to contact AAA for us to get our car jumped. Very disappointing. I can't imagine if we were on the side of the highway if this happened. They pride themselves on great customer service and although the friendly staff at the counter were nice, if you have any issues after that, BEWARE you're on your own. I will NEVER use this company again because of their lack of response in roadside assistance. We shouldn't have had to take matters into our own hands, that should be part of their great service that they advertise.

Staff was friendly but some were very slow when picking up car.
Their was a guy who worked in the wash area who kept us informed on where our car was in the cleaning process who should get a medal and now I wish I would have gotten his name. Unfortunately we just wanted to get out of their after a 1:40 wait.
Cons: I believe the staff was overwhelmed at check in. It took an hour to get through the check in process including the wait to get to an agent which was about 40 minutes.
Then we had to wait for 40 minutes for a car.
Pros: The staff both checking in and out were helpful and friendly and way overworked.
Cons: The price I was charged was over $100 more than what I was quoted at checkout. The employees are all overstretched, after 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone, still no answer to ask about the overcharge.
Pros: The car provided was as expected and new and clean. The drop off was fast. The shuttles both at the start and end of the rental were fast with helpful drivers.
Cons: A two and half hour wait in line for pick-up is totally unacceptable. Yes 2 1/2 hours!
The line stretched across the length of the facility. There is simply no excuse for this poor management. The pick-up process was painfully slow. I've bought cars faster than this rental took. I've visited automobile factories and have seen cars built faster than this. Two and half hours of our lives wasted in a line. Clearly the staff was not happy with the lack of support either so they were a touch surly. I can't blame them for that.

Cons: We had to wait over 3 hours to pick up our rental car!! I thought maybe because it was spring break and they were inundated with people! That did not seem to be the case they still had lines of people when we dropped our car off a week later, so it was not a one off scenario. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
Pros: Fox did not have the car we reserved, and the only other 4x4 was in a upgraded class so they charged us double our original price. After waiting almost an hour to speak with someone at customer service, the representative hung-up on us after hearing our bait-and-switch complaint.
Cons: Fox should have honored our original price, regardless of availability.
