Cons: The evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing and out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. My steak lay on a bed of diced potato with the possible presence of some other vegetables being mixed in. Very odd. Only five people dining at the same time as us one evening should have given us a clue.

Cons: Hard to enter or exit with luggage cart. Either you had to go up steps or through the lobby where doors didn't open properly. Worst breakfast buffet choices ever. Tables were not cleaned up. Gravy ladle was in a container of water, nasty. Biscuits were cold. Food all over the floor. Attendant was just leaning against the wall making no effort to clean up. No meat choices. Your room rates were much higher than another hotel we stayed at in West Yellowstone. Theirs put yours to shame.

Cons: I booked a year in advance with Elite Status Priority Club status and was told when i checked in at 3:30 in the afternoon "all we have left is the second floor". The room was by the laundry room. We could hear the spin cycles all night long. It was also near some kind of outside air vent that sounded like a jet engine every time it turned off and on. It's one thing to get "the loud room" for a last minute booking, but disappointing when I booked a year in advance.

Cons: The only downside was the lack of dedicated parking for hotel guest. I have no problem paying for parking especially in this area. But the fact that there was no guarantee that I could park at the hotel was tedious. I understand that there were a lot of events going on this weekend but it was extremely frustrating having to hunt for a parking spot when I traveled nearly 200 miles to the property.

Cons: Except for the room and airport transfer, get ready to pay for everything: breakfast, coffee/snacks in the lobby, parking. The biggest surprise for me was an additional deposit I was asked to pay on my check-in (50$). Reason: to cover all possible orders I would make during my stay. Ok, it should make my stay better and my check-out faster, right? Fact is: with my debit card (the reception was informed about it) and only 1 night stay with no orders, I still didn't get it back, as hotel reserved the amount for 30 days (!!!). To find it out, I had to contact the hotel 3 times and my bank once. Not much of a care experienced to be honest.

No refills on coffee.The poor gal was over worked. When we were waiting for her to pick up the payment after a few mins we were told she had to leave and go do room service.

Cons: The “accessible” tub/shower was disappointing. My partner had to maneuver quite a bit to get me settled on the shower chair. I sat on part of the shower curtain so as not to flood the bathroom. There were plenty of grip bars that didn’t help in my situation. The heater was broken, so we froze all night. We weren’t aware of a little window that was open all night (my partner found it in the morning). The bed was definitely not accessible! It was very high, and someone using a wheelchair would find it impossible to maneuver out of their chair up onto the bed.

The room I got had great AC. The bed was super comfy. The massive TV was awesome. And the Prime Rib special at the Coffee Shop was amazing. Cons: The decor in my room is super dated for being listed as a classy hotel. I am a bigger guy and the chairs in my room looked like they could have been crushed by me. The toilet in my room was very oddly shaped and leaned back which may be hard for someone who struggles with mobility. Wifi was spotty at times and/or super slow.

Meaning $12 for them to go in the elevator and bring it upstairs. And the bottle wasn’t even opened. Lady who brought it was very rude too. - pool smelled gross. I saw ants in the pool area too! Sauna was very dirty as if nobody cleaned it for at least a few months. - toiletries were so tiny we had to go and buy our own

It took them 30 minutes and found out someone had used my middle name rather that my first name even though I had the correct confirmation number. We finally got to our room and it was over 80 degrees in room. Some had been working on the a/c and had parts all over. They said they would send someone to fix it. That someone never came. We spent the night in a very hot room. We asked them to fix the a/c the next day. We got back to our room after 7:pm. Still no a/c. We asked for another room, but they said they were all booked. It started to rain so it cool down a little. The lady at the front desk gave us a fan and we opened the window and got some cool air. The next morning we again asked for someone to fix the a/c and when we returned after 8:pm the a/c had not been fixed. The lady at the desk finally gave us another room it was great and we enjoyed our LAST night there. We won't be back.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. They charge me a cash hundred dollar deposit plus I had to pay cash for my room and the room did not even have a lampshade or water. It is a complete dump. And they are absolutely the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Had to fight to get my hundred dollar bill back. I had to threaten to call the police or I would not have gotten it back. There was no breakfast food left at 8:30 am just some very cold coffee. The place should be closed.

Pros: The room was large enough for 2 qn beds, although I didn't need to use the second one.
Cons: Very old and smelly! But, as you are in room, you stop noticing the odor. A few ants each morning to kill. Breakfast is a couple of bread choices. The yogurt or juice isn't always available. Nothing actually nutritious! I stopped going there for a bite.

Pros: The location suited my needs. It was inexpensive.
Cons: Very dirty and peeling wall paint. Broken faucet. Broken light. Dirty and cracked caulk. Graffiti and profanity on inoperable laundry room door.

Cons: Our shower had no shower curtain, the " FREE Breakfast" they show online doesn't even come close to what they actually advertise the dining area is located in a renovated old guest room all they had was cereal, and packaged pastries.

Cons: The safety was concerning. Room had. Busted lock on door could tell it had been broken into a time or two. Wanted to shower next morning shower was broke hookers outside our door had to ask them to move

Cons: Needs some updating and cleaned really good. Looks like the carpets and walls haven’t been cleaned in years.

Pros: Very clean. It was a safe place.
Cons: Everything was aged. For example the bed sagged like a hammock. There was some mold on the ceiling. Staff was a bit lazy. Airport shuttle hours aren’t great. But it was exactly what I expected. So I wasn’t disappointed.

Pros: The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the rooms were super clean and stocked for us. It was also very quiet and calm where it was. i would definitely recommend.

Cons: Pool was locked up. Our room was directly behind the pool and the pool fence/bars were right in front of our room ! Room smelled.
