Pros (+) The location is not bad.
Cons (-) Unfriendly staff. The pool is in the middle of the lobby. TV in the room was from the 80s. The safe in the room didn’t work. They restrict free breakfast to 2 people. It’s old, smelly and antiquated.

Pros (+) We came in after midnight from the airport and stayed overnight before heading to our final destination the next morning. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to the airport and the pool looked clean and pleasant (though we didn't use it).
Cons (-) Service at the restaurant in the morning was extremely slow. We were hoping to eat quickly and get an early start on our drive but first ordering and then getting our food both took forever. The food was delicious once it arrived, though.

Pros (+) Most of the staff was friendly. Room was clean although a little on the old side. Needs an update. Small but comfortable. Reasonably priced. Almost no parking for the guests. I think they rent their "unused spaces" as long term parking for the airport. Had to park on the street, but no problem.

Pros (+) The hotel was very accommodating. Upon are arrival in Salt Lake City we called the hotel for pick up and they were there within 7 minutes. Our reservation was made over the internet so checkin was harmless. We were given two keys to the room and also two vouchers for the included breakfast the next morning. Pros (+) Price was great, shuttle from the airport was really convenient. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name who drove the shuttle and worked the front desk that evening (December 13th) because he was terrific at his job and was an asset to this hotel. He was a true hospitality professional. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
