Cons (-) Very dirty. The beds did seem clean.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, sheets and linens appeared clean.
Cons (-) Everything else was suboptimal: carpets, TV, down to the paint and drywall was ancient and decaying. No airport shuttle despite what is advertised on Kayak.
