Cons (-) Everything else was suboptimal: carpets, TV, down to the paint and drywall was ancient and decaying. No airport shuttle despite what is advertised on Kayak.

Pros (+) Location: the best feature of this property. Super-easy freeway access and a quick, safe two-block stroll to the Trax light rail station (Courthouse - the first one in the downtown free-fare zone). Room: comfortable, quiet and reasonably clean though not spotless or super high-end
Cons (-) Internet: free … if you could ever get it to connect for more than 2-3 minutes at a time Breakfast: meager and all starches, and I didn't particularly appreciate the numerous local homeless that seemed to wander in and help themselves each morning
