Pros (+) The executive room breakfast was pleasant and attended by a very nice server. The large pond outside was nice for a stroll around in the morning. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was nice and large.
Cons (-) The counter staff when checking in made us wait and excrutiating amount of time, and even called a couple in front of us that had arrived later. The check-in cookies were overly sweet and not fresh, but heated. The pillows were abundant, but none of them were comfortable. The TV didn't work, period.
