Cons. Hotel is fine, but my reservation got totally screwed up. I reserved 2 rooms for 2 clients, went and checked in for them myself, and then I later learned that when they got there an hour later, the Hyatt only could give them one of the rooms because the receptionist didn't note that I specifically instructed them to give both the rooms to my clients. They only used 1 room of my reservation, but I was charged for both rooms anyways. What a joke! I will never book through Kayak or booking.com again.
Pros. The room was nice, comfy and I liked the couch.
Cons. The staff was very rude in the gallery. Ruined the experience.
Pros. I always like having a sofa. Hyatt's have sofas in every room. You can order food 24/7 from the front desk. It isn't great, but its food. Mini fridge. I like the room set up with the sofa and dividing wall. The TV has hookups for VGA, HDMI, Aux, Component cables. Bring a laptop and an HDMI cable and you can use the TV as a monitor. Cleanliness was great. I always try to stay at Hyatts when Im out on business.
Cons. Sofa was in rough shape. The hotel is clean, but it is obviously a bit older. Its seen a lot of milage. The location is kind of weird. Its near the airport but not very accessible from the airport. So you get airport noise, but you have to leave the whole airport complex and go 4 miles around the interstate to get to it. Also, the backyard is a big pharmaceutical factory. I didn't care as theres no smell or anything, but it made my wife nervous.
Pros. The service from the staff was phenomenal. Particularly the night shuttle driver. A tall Spanish guy, he was the shuttle driver, the front desk guy and even helped out in the kitchen. Phenomenal staff, courteous, amicable and all around polite. Definitely would recommend you stay here.
