They changed it to different location and because of mistake said they upgraded reservation to emerald suite when we arrived they downgraded it and breakfast was cold it was dissapointing room was small and sucked would never stay again ruined our anniversary
Overall it was nice room.
The room was hot making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
The breakfast, the tub, the look of the room
Freezing until I found the heater. Arrived late, so my choices for dinner was your pizza...Not the best. Wish I had a car to go out for dinner. Breakfast, however was fabulous! Had to meet with the Governor, so your location and quaintness appealed to me.
The guy at the reception was super nice. Free WiFi Two water bottles in the room Clean room No breakfast room but you can order breakfast in advance by selecting items out of a list of breakfast food and drinks and get it delivered to your room.
A lady who was hanging around at the kitchen and laundry was super unfriendly. We asked at the reception and got approval to use the “exit only” door to unload our luggage (which was plenty). I brought in the first suitcase and saw the lady and she recognized me. When we wanted to carry the next one we learned that she closed and locked (!) the door. I had to walk around the building to front entrance and walk back to the door and she returned just in this moment telling me “this is an exit only door”. I told her 1) we have approval 2) we are guests 3) that she saw me carrying our suitcases and that this was not polite of her. The toilet seat is too low, legs fall asleep. No coffeemaker in room. The bed is not the best, my wife has pain in the back after just one night. The “window” is not really closing, the temperature might become interesting in the winter time. 160 bugs is a lot of money compared to other hotels in this price range. No elevator! Negative Update on the breakfast: But the next morning we had a surprise, they charged us extra for two items we selected and someone changed our selection on the piece of paper that we filled out from “free of charge” to the extra costs. I denied the complete breakfast and we left this place as soon as we could and we will certainly never return. They did not charge us for the breakfast but the unfriendly lady and this behavior to manually change the writing on our order is not good. They should adjust the paper so everyone can understand that.
