Everything was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. I love the location adjacent to historic Portsmouth, with so many good restaurants nearby, and also an easy drive to Kittery and Ogunquit.

We were very happy with the experience here. Staff were friendly, competent and responsive to all questions asked, and the location is spectacular for walking around downtown Portsmouth. The rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds. Easy parking right across the street.

Cons (-) Pool was under construction for renovations, and we had really been eagerly awaiting this part of the trip with two little kids. No continental breakfast - only their restaurant with overpriced and far underperforming food.
