Pros:The pick up was super easy, the drop off was a bit confusing on exactly where we were supposed to park
Pros:Our incoming flight was delayed, so we missed our pick up window the first day. Everyone was so accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a MUCH nicer car for only a few more dollars a day. It made our trip 100% better! What a great time

Pros:the car itself was comfortable.
Cons:the batteries in the car key did not work and the key came apart in the middle of our trip.
Pros:The car I reserved was there.
Cons:This was the second Hurts rental in a few week span, both rental agencies aggressively pushed upgrades for more money often leaving out the basics such as easy pass. I needed easy pass toll payment for a hectic trip through NJ, the only car that was available with easy pass was an "upgrade" which they wanted more money for. Hertz hurts with their pushy sell more upgrade policy. Also steer clear of the cars with "navigation". Their system is like malware that cannot be turned off, very annoying!

Pros:Nothing to like. There was no car. I had no rental. Not good.
Cons:This was a really stressful really inconvenient experience. There could Actually have been a rental- thaT would have been better. There was no car for me upon arrival or at the main rental site several miles away. Your system needs to interact better with the Enterprise system at Pease, which I guess is a satellite rental location. How was I able to book a car when the rental company has no cars? You need a customer service phone number for when something goes wrong.

Cons:They called me and told me they had no cars. Gave me no alternatives and didn’t offer to drop me off in Portland to get a car there. Horrible experience.
Pros:The first vehicle that we got was inundated with cigarette smoke odors, which we are allergic to. The staff was very courteous and quickly put us in another vehicle that was excellent. Thank you!
