Hurts pushes "upgrades" to milk their customers.Pros:The car I reserved was there.Cons:This was the second Hurts rental in a few week span, both rental agencies aggressively pushed upgrades for more money often leaving out the basics such as easy pass. I needed easy pass toll payment for a hectic trip through NJ, the only car that was available with easy pass was an "upgrade" which they wanted more money for. Hertz hurts with their pushy sell more upgrade policy. Also steer clear of the cars with "navigation". Their system is like malware that cannot be turned off, very annoying!Reviewed Aug 1 2016
