Pros (+) Sweetly redecorated to give a nod to old motels, but not old or worn down at all (nicer than the rooms at the Sheraton on the water). Breakfast was wonderful, all staff were very helpful and sweet, and it was easy to come and go from downtown (we chose to drive - it's less than a 5 minute drive).
