Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to attractions and amenities. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, stained mattresses, mold, and unpleasant smells. Service was also a common issue, with reports of unresponsive or rude staff and problems with room maintenance. While some found the beds comfortable, opinions on bed comfort were mixed. Overall, the location stood out as the main positive aspect, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
