Pros (+) No frills place to lay your head. For us, it was a halfway point to a Maine vacation week. Front desk clerk was accomodating, letting us borrow his personal information phone charger for a little bit when we'd mentioned we'd left ours at home.
Cons (-) Pool was down and drained, which bummed my kids out because they were looking forward to a swim when we pulled into town. Our basement room felt musty.

Cons (-) The carpet and some of the furniture were wet as a result of a plumbing problem, yet they still put guests in the room. It smelled moldy. Pool and hot tub were closed due to the same issues. The steak was doing their best and stayed pleasant but the accommodations were decidedly substandard.
