Pros (+) The hotel was ok Location was ok for the downtown area Being Halloween weekend my husband and I went to dinner and then came back to the hotel for a couple of drinks. The bar tender was nice- and accommodating. Kudos to him.
Cons (-) The staff upon check in- Male - Was rude. I checked in on my Marriott App which I do whenever I travel and the male at the counter said it doesn't matter. He then proceeded to argue with me. I showed my license and then gave him the same card on file- which BTW Is my Marriott card. No recognition of being a Marriott member. And clearly they did not read my account as I always request a high floor,...

Pros (+) The breakfast was great, staff was very nice, the room size was just right for us. Great location to downtown and parking garage since parking is off site. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
