Cons: We arrive at about 11.00pm. No one came to the taxi to help with luggage and the reception was off-hand. The charge for internet connection was excessive given the room rate (it should be free in a hotel of this aspiration). There was no room safe.

Pros: The location of the hotel is central and easy walking access to bars and restaurants and shopping and great for public transport. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well presented. The breakfast was excellent with great presentation and lovely coffee.
Cons: It would be good to have champagne flutes in the room. The soundproofing between rooms was not that great and we had some noisy neighbours in the room next door and had disturbed sleep as result.

Cons: Checking in was a bit humbug I had to walk across the road to take money out the bank to pay , cause the atm machines in hotel wasn’t working, and few times my card that opens the door didn’t work so I had to walk up and down to swap cards to try open the door

Cons: Can’t complain about too much because of COVID-19 constraints, I think the staff have done all they could possibly do considering the limited services they could offer. Being from down south caught unexpectantly in Perth, late in the afternoon, it was very hard to organise things with not much open.
