Pros: Sleeping comfortable is a high priority for me and pleased to say that the mattress, pillows were great and sheets the were nice and soft. Great shower and adjustable room temperature control. Staff are very accommodating in the restaurant and the salmon was delicious and prawns were surprisingly tasty.

Pros: The bed always comfortable, and the linen always crisp clean and comforting I ordered breakfast room service it came promptly and the fruit was fresh and delivered with a smile. The room was clean and the en-suite spotless.
Cons: A small thing but a small travel pack of tissues by the bed would be so handy especially during the night as it’s tough to leave that comfy bed to go the the en-suite to grab a tissue. Totally understandable in the present climate but was disappointing as a lateish arrival room service had ended but in fairness your excellent front end reception did offer an alternative.

Pros: Vallet park Facilities
Cons: They guy at the door took our car for vallet parking and said it included in the price. But later they charged us 48 dollars for it which is not refundable. Also i understand that due to covid most of then follow strictness but it was nowhere mentioned that pool or spa or the gym was shut even after government has lifted the restrictions already. So disappointed.

Cons: There were hardly any options on the menu for gluten free and vegan. The chair for the desk in the room was not comfortable. I was there to work and it was difficult to find somewhere comfortable within the room. The room I had last time had an ergonomic chair as well as a lovely armchair. I didn't find the bed comfortable. Excellent range of pillow options though!

Cons: We arrive at about 11.00pm. No one came to the taxi to help with luggage and the reception was off-hand. The charge for internet connection was excessive given the room rate (it should be free in a hotel of this aspiration). There was no room safe.

Cons: i didn’t like that in the description of the room it said it would have movie / foxtel / netflix to watch and we didn’t have that, so we could only watch TV & we were advised to get there at 3pm for check in but had to wait an hour for our room to be ready , in which we should have been provided with an extra hour for checkout time . very disappointed

Cons: Checking in was a bit humbug I had to walk across the road to take money out the bank to pay , cause the atm machines in hotel wasn’t working, and few times my card that opens the door didn’t work so I had to walk up and down to swap cards to try open the door

Cons: Can’t complain about too much because of COVID-19 constraints, I think the staff have done all they could possibly do considering the limited services they could offer. Being from down south caught unexpectantly in Perth, late in the afternoon, it was very hard to organise things with not much open.
