Beside walking across a road to have it the breakfast was fine. The parking was handy and the staff seemed pretty good to me.
The bed wasn't what was booked. The aircon wasn't on a room to room basis so had no way to control the actualtemperature. Multiple tv channels didn't work. Rooms are only cleaned every second day.and only on request Restaurant and bar closed
Clean rooms. Staff were friendly. Rooms are as they look like in pictures.
Old hotel - needs refurb. Lobby area was dull and unattractive. There was a smell in the place like an old folks home. My tv didn’t work. Luckily I didn’t have noisy neighbours as walls seemed paper thin. Had to pay a $250 for a 3 night stay - I thought that was a bit excessive. What if I didn’t have $250? Normal bonds are $50-$100 regardless of how long you stay. Breakfast was very poor, no choice, not even how you’d like your eggs cooked. More fat on bacon than there was meat.
Had a great stay overall
The bathrooms had been recently renovated.
The hotel decor is dated and there were a lot of signs the property had been neglected.
Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Housekeeping do a good job. Bath was great.
Sauna was broken, noone told me. Paid for a queen room, with extra big bed. What i got was two double beds put together. Partner was not happy. Uncomfortable. Was offered to change rooms, to their credit. Shouldn't have to mess around, don't havethe energy. Didn't discover the bed was like that until sleep time. Just shouldn't happen in the first instance. Two different blankets. Breakfast was ok. Had to walk across to another hotel for it. The vegetarian option left you with little food on your plate. No heating in room.
