Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access the city center and nearby attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted good value for money and spacious rooms suitable for families or groups. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple guests mentioning dusty rooms, unwashed bedding, and outdated facilities. While some appreciated the breakfast and amenities, the overall impression was that the hotel could benefit from renovations and improved housekeeping.
