Pros: Buffet breakfast was amazing! Checked in just before midnight after a long flight and everything had been organised for us, staff were amazing

Pros: The room was spacious , with two huge beds . Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows firm or soft . We where greeted with friendly staff. I have stayed here lots of times over the years . The hotel has been renovated to a high standard. We stayed overnight as our grandson was performing in The Arena . The location is excellent. Shops and theatre near by. Overall it's a great hotel.

Pros: The staff and people were very friendly and kind. Awesome place! The place was very clean including public amenities. We definitely visit again.

Cons: Perhaps if the hotel could arrange free parking lots would be an added advantage.

Cons: parking across road in Wilsons car park was difficult to access and staff information about parking procedure ( need a new ticket every day) was insufficient and caused extra cost to us for our second day... reception staff was false friendly although am sure thar was due to their training staff was not well informed. about local outside facilities in the area ( like where could we buy a newspaper nearby... no idea)

Pros: Great location in the centre of the city. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Bed was really comfortable.

Pros: Great location for attending a show at His Majesty's theatre. Spacious bedroom. Nice kitchenette - well resourced. Good parking options. Good choice of cafes/restaurants/bars nearby. TV easy use - no phaffing around trying to access channels :) Nice staff.

Cons: Teeny bit of traffic noise but what else would you expect in the middle of the city :)

Pros: Great location, great value. Room was a bit dated but very clean and fresh.

Cons: Minor gripe, but we were given only one face washer for 6 days of our stay and none for the 7th. We had only 1 breakfast bowl until I left a note requesting another, only 1 dessert spoon for the duration, and 1 wine glass after a broken one wasn't replaced.

Cons: The bathroom room layout especially the very very narrow door to get into the shower is not ideal and if you are on the larger size it will be quite difficult!

Cons: Can hear the noise next rooms, and the lift, we have to take off the card access key to turn as the dining room light doesn’t have a switch to turn it off, and of course the aircon will be off too, we asked for English tea bags instead they gave us green tea, well we got no choice

Cons: No need to service room service coffee in take away coffee cup. This is why I didn’t get it the next day. Please consider the planet.

Cons: The service was average when I asked at reception about what to do with my parking ticket where they had recommended to park at he said to show the ticket when checking out and it will be discounted to $18 but because I didn’t know the name of this gentleman they charged us for $54 without much compassion. The room was ok, for $600 no free parking and a 1 bed room I expected more. There wasn’t even a Doona cover on our Doona this to me is very unprofessional. Bed was hard as a rock the only good thing was the pillows. When checking in there were 3 different receptions so we went to the check in where people were lined up checking in and out. When a family walked in and a man called them up and checked them in while we were standing waiting 15 minutes after a 9 hour drive without any smiles from staff. The next gentleman who then joined the counter I walked to straight away and he was the nicest of them all but our experience was at a blunt from the beginning here. I had family staying in another room who had construction happening next to his window at 6am. Lucky I didn’t have my daughter in that room and woken that early. We then went and got the buffet morning breakfast Very average staff weren’t that happy and felt very unwelcomed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and regret our once a year holiday because of this place.

Pros: Didn't have breakfast. Great location for access to RAC Arena, right across the street. Fun bar downstairs. Great staff in the bar area and check in/check out. Over all a fantastic stay.

Cons: Our shampoos ,body wash had already been used when we checked in and weren’t replaced over 3 nights . Had to use soap as ran out of body wash after night 1

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and I have to say that the staff at the bar were entertaining and freindly.

Cons: I am five dauys out from leaving there and I still have holds on my Visa card even though my bill was paid in full when I left . Initially I had two holds that equaled my full stay of $2800 plus the payment in full. Even now one business week later I have roughly $1400 in holds on my card. That is quite a lot of money to tie up.

Pros: The location is very good, the airport directly takes Bus380, Au4.9 to Hyatt Regency Hotel, the airport taxi Au 42 yuan. Leisure / comfort / quiet.

Cons: Not much choice for evening meal. If a bit disabled difficult to get into the lobby from the outside.

Cons: had breakfast at other venue as hotel breakfast seemed overly expensive. Whilst clean, room was old and tired. chunk out of bathtub, single flush toilets - in this day and age!! On check-in reception could not find the dinner we were attending on their system.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were good with a good selection. Room size was good with a good view.

Cons: Rooms noisy - on my second night noisy next door neighbours at 2.30 in the morning. On my 3rd night the person in the room next to me kept going in and out of their room just after midnight, with the door slamming shut every time they exited. In the end I yelled out at them to keep it quiet which they eventually did - not good enough

Cons: staff where not the usually friendly hyatt people i have experienced in the past. food is well below par, executive lounge is not good value for money.

Cons: 1. Very very noisy in the room at night because the lobby is party / function every night!!! 2. I called the room service to ask for a plate , they said it will cost $5 for using a plate at room!!! This is ridiculous and my first time to hear a hotel charges guest asking room service to bring her a plate!!! Which means, Hyatt Perth makes this rules to make sure you don't ask for any service for FREE! 3. When you go to the cafe for buffet breakfast , if you ask for a coffee, they said only black coffee are served and latte or cappuccino would be additional charge , very very "hospitality" !!
