Waited 90 min in line to pick up a car, even though I prepaid. Oil maintenance light came on 400 miles into my trip. I called Payless and I was told to get car serviced and save my receipts. Not and ideal situation during a vacation. We will see if I actually get reimbursed….Reviewed Oct 12 2023
