Pros:Desk agent was very nice and helpful! The location at Regan at the DC airport is super close to the terminal and I got in and out quicklyCons:The drop off was just a bit disorganized it seemed but I was still on my way to my flight pretty quickly.Reviewed Feb 19 2019

Pros:The car was fine, drop off was efficientCons:The car seat I ordered never arrived after being told by the employee it would be sent up. After waiting with my infant for 20 mins in 100 deg heat I walked back to ask for help. I was told to get it myself and no one could help me install it. No one minding the storePros:Getting a car that worked well, got good mileage. That Avis matched our Payless reservation costCons:There was no rental agent available. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked an Avis clerk who wasn’t busy if anyone was working the Payless station (there were 2 of us in line). He went to find an agent and after several more minutes, opened the computer, got our reservations and booked us in Avis rentals at matching cost.Reviewed Apr 12 2018

terrible servicePros:the car was okCons:there was just one person helping to process the order. he didn't seem to know what he was doing, it took more than half an hour with each person he had to help. plus he made mistakes such as not writing down the right milage.Reviewed Jun 18 2018

Pros:The car was ready when I came to pick it up (unlike my experience with other rental companies). Cost of the rental, which I made the day before, was good.Cons:The floor in the backseat of the car was dirty. It should have been vacuumed and it wasn't.Reviewed May 1 2018

Cons:Service at DCA is fine. However when I booked the rental the estimate was 337.00. My credit card was charged 581.00. I have called Payless 3 times and still am unable to get an explanation or even an itemized receipt. This is unacceptable.Reviewed Feb 21 2019
