Pros: The best thing about this hotel was its location- within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, but also 3 minutes away from the direct bus that takes you to either Orly or CDG. It was also conveniently located steps away from the line 1 metro. This was very convenient during my time there because there were public transport strikes and traffic was horrendous (cabs and ubers were very expensive!); line 1 was one of the two lines functioning, because they don't have drivers; and it goes straight across Paris from East to West every 2-3 mins! Other than that the hotel itself was great; the room was of decent size for Paris (which still means small, but comfortable!). The room was spotless and of modern style. There is an elevator, convenient for the heavy packers and mobility impaired. Staff was very helpful and polite. We were allowed early check-in with no problems. We had a small problem in our bathroom which was tended to right away. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back here!

Cons: It was overall an excellent stay, the only thing I could perhaps think of is that we could hear what was going on in the hallway fairly well, so as we were trying to nap to get over the jetlag, it was made a little harder with the cleaning crew in the hallway at the time. Honestly though, a non-issue!

Cons: Breakfast is highly overpriced. It is a fairly simple buffet. For some breakfast items even a supplement is demanded on top of the already high price.... also annoying is the fact that 10 minutes before the formal end the staff is already encouraging guests to take their last items, exactly 10.30 the buffet is closed off by curtains, not very service oriented for this kind of hotel.

Pros: Amazing hotel, with a perfect location, very cute design and great value for what it offers. I had rooms with included breakfast and I received brunch also included, that is until 4 pm. Late checkout was also possible. Nice details, like a pillow menu for turndown. The staff all around the hotel is great, so welcoming and warm. Special thanks to the concierge that did her best for me and my family. Congratulations on such a wonderful team!

Pros: Very nice welcome at reception by Margareth and it was lovely to meet the resident cat, Elliott. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room as we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and on top of that they gave us a voucher for glasses of champagne, which was a great surprise. Pros: Amazing hotel, with a perfect location, very cute design and great value for what it offers. I had rooms with included breakfast and I received brunch also included, that is until 4 pm. Late checkout was also possible. Nice details, like a pillow menu for turndown. The staff all around the hotel is great, so welcoming and warm. Special thanks to the concierge that did her best for me and my family. Congratulations on such a wonderful team!

I asked for Taxi/Transport assistance but he just said go out in the street and catch a taxi. Since there’s transport strike, I’m expecting he will offer us assistance.

Staff responded poorly to this situation that was not communicated ahead. Very dissapointing. Cons: The staff was not very accommodating. Our mini bar was locked. So we asked for cokes in the morning and they condescendingly said we had to order from the room. Which made no sense as room service is on the same floor as the lobby. Also the AC did not work and we had to sleep with the window open.

Pros: The second time we stayed there they provided a king bed and we ordered room service and the food was amazing.
Cons: We stayed there twice on this past trip. I do not blame the hotel but we flew out of New York all night and when we wanted to check in all they had was twin beds for us ready. I realize today, I will never take a twin bed versus a king.

Pros: We went to this beautiful hotel just for one night and we just wished it was for a full week instead! The place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and lovely, the breakfast was perfect and the lounge (which you get access to if you have an Executive room) was amazing! Also we got really nice amenities in the room due to my birthday, it was greatly appreciated! We can’t wait to come back in Paris to go there again! Thank you to all the staff again!

Cons: Hotel isn't 5-stars, maybe 4-stars. King Superior Room desperately needed updating. Red room carpet looked old and dingy, the sink didn't drain well and kept getting clogged, and overall, needed sprucing up. Our King bed came w/2 pillows only!

Cons: Staff not as obviously friendly as the Pullman next door. One enters and is greeted with “Bonjour ? May I help you?” However, the staff at the Mercure are efficient as a blocked sink was dealt with in half an hour. The night porter was confident of securing a taxi at the official rate instantly in the midst of the transport strikes.

Cons: 3 stars hotel with no room service?! Payment errors and 3 duplicate payments for 1700 Euros! too small room and toilet! the clothes cabinet was like 5 cm width behind the TV !!!! Never to stay there again! less than all other IBIS hotels all over the world!

Cons: It was a dirty place, the staff was rude, bad breakfast, uncomfortable bed, there was a friendly message about saving the world not changing towels but there was no place to dry them.

Cons: It was the worse service ever, we arrived at 10:00 p.m, we had to ask to 3 different people about our check in and all of them said "ok, wait" not even, please wait a moment, when some one finally talked to us he said that we have already make the check in, we were like really? If we just arrive form the airport, then he said that at 10:00 p.m he didn't know if the room was ready, when the check in time is at 3:00 p.m. finally the gave us the room, really tiny but as shown in the pictures, the mattress of the bed moved all the time and the first day when I was taking a shower the water went cold (in winter) and it didn't get hot again. I tried to call the reception several times and no body answer. Appart form the bar tenders the front desk staff was kind of rude. It has been the worse service I've ever have in a hotel around the world.

Pros: This was the worse hotel experience ever.
Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis.
To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary.
When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons:
1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained.
2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold.
3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response.
4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card.
I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well.
Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”

Pros: We were a group of 6 staying in two rooms for 5 nights. This is an aparthotel wjich has a 24hour reception desk and cooking/eating facilities in each room. The hotel is in a great location, a couple minutes walk to Beaugrenelle shopping centre and an excellent monoprix supermarket. There is also a wonderful Korean restaurant directly across the road. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast (extra cost) with a large variety of yummy choices. The staff were excellent, especially Liliane. They upgaded both our rooms for free to views of the Eiffel Tower, any need was met and they promptly sourced taxis and tickets when requested. We had a wonderful stay. We would happily go back and happily recommend others to stay here.

Cons: Hotel did not take our request seriously about being close together. We were on 3 different floors. We thought we had Eiffel Tower views but had city views. They would try to change us but did not. Even one room open next to me when we moved in they gave to someone else. No large towels, phone did not work in my sons room and he had 3 broken chairs. All things that we wanted fixed and they said they would but never didn’t. When we left with our parked car in their garage, their exit code did not work and the man on the speaker system said we had to come back in to reception to get s new code, really? Pool was okay but would probably not stay there again . U

Cons: There is construction on going 2fl below. There is mold and mildew everywhere. The tub is disgusting, and the toilets were stained. We requested for early check-in around10am for my elderly mom and aunt and they agreed in email but on the day made them check in at 3pm. I booked 2 paranomic view apt (~€2000)but both was of buildings of others homes, and offices. The GM Élie Elhayek had done this because my company lawyers tried to had miss booked the of 2 apartments was in error and we wanted to cancel one reservations but he completely dismissive, and had interns email a week later and retaliated by giving us the worst rooms in the builing. there no detergents to clean the floors, no housekeeping after even staying 1wk. Two receptionists were amazing, but I would never go to this brand of hotel ender again. There are bother apartments hotels that are hands on, like a upon Lisbon hotel/residence. I have photos and upload them on trip advisor to corroborate my experience.
