Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available.
I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room

The amenities in the room are great: Nespresso coffee maker, water, small fridge, and the toiletries are of good quality.
Cons: The only thing we did not like at all is that the restroom door is made out of glass and is pretty see through!! There is no privacy!! We had to place a towel on the door railing for privacy and my son even turned off the light when he was taking a shower!! I recommend that a curtain is put in place to cover the glass door!! Specially when the door is in a diagonal position facing the bed. I was laying down in bed and could see my son's silhouette in the restroom!! This alone would keep me from staying at this hotel again.

Cons: Despite having a do not disturb sign up my entire stay, a housekeeper barged into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING (keep in mknd I could have been naked). She did not apologize. Simply smiled and turned around. I had to write a hand written note and tape it to the door so that they wouldn't barge in. In addition to that, my camera bag was stolen from my room. I'm assuming they thought my camera was inside of it and quickly took it. I told the receptionist and she goes "we'll look into it". Will never EVER stay here again or recommend it.

Cons: I woke up at 4 a.m. from jet lag and could hear someone snoring in another room! (The windows were closed). My husband woke up too, and he could hear it as well. We were in room 105. Lobby is quite stylish and beautiful, but the seating was not very comfortable.

Cons: We used hotel's transport from Paris Nord station but would not recommend, as we realised on return journey it was double price of a normal taxi! Hotel recommended a restaurant - was ok but served very dull traditional French food. Did not get to meet Joseph the actual concierge so don't know if he is as helpful as other guests say.

Cons: the rooms are very small and not able to handle space for 2 suitcases, but we knew that from 4 years ago and we still came back for 3 nights. don't know if we could stay for a week, too cramped. room 103 was better than the room we had 4 years ago

Cons: Breakfast is pricey and I had been told was included. When I arrived, they said no, it is not. I asked if they would charge for breakfast if I just had coffee, I was told no, go ahead and have coffee. They then charged 4 Euros for each coffee, which adds up. This should have been clearly stated upfront when charges apply. Some may find rooms too small.

Comfortable, plenty of room for my wife, adult son, and I. Air conditioning worked well, kitchen was very useful for breakfast, laundry in basement was very handy given we were there for a week. We got great advice from the front desk for restaurants and found everyone on staff friendly and helpful. And the room was very quiet, despite the location.

All the people at the front desk acted as concierge, very helpful, well-informed, and multi-lingual. They helped with printing matters, maps, suggestions, etc. Loved that I could store my rental bike in their secure garage, and that there was an in-house laundromat available to travellers.

Cons: We stayed in a deluxe double room with cot. The room is very tiny and no space especially with baby. The hallway in between the tiny bathroom and the bedroom makes it even smaller. Room is very dark and does not have enough light. We can hardly see our things because whatever lights they have are not located in the right areas (luggage area, where clothes hang). Window is also small so we didn't get enough sunlight which would have helped with the darkness of the room. Wifi very slow. Overall, room is not suitable for a couple with a baby.

Cons: The bathtub was not only dirty when I checked in, but without coming to the room, the staff told me I was wrong and it was clean. It took an hour to get someone to come clean it. Then I discovered the bathtub itself didn't even work, only the shower was functioning. They left a letter addressed to a previous guest on the desk. My in-room breakfast order was picked up from my door by the staff, but then they never delivered the breakfast, and said they had no order for me.

Pros: We liked the apartment in the hotel and the place is in a strategic and beautiful location.
Cons: Upon our arrival at 11pm the crib was not ready in the room and my husband had to go with a member of the staff and look for it around the hotel. On the day of departure we needed help to book a taxi for the airport since the train path was under construction. The lady at the reception told us that the taxi service they use don’t have car seats but didn’t offer to look for another taxi service that does have car seats. She told us to take the bus which would have been easy. It is actually pretty straight forward if you don’t have two little kids and two pieces of luggage to carry with you. We hoped for more assistance. We ended up doing the search on our own and we found an app in English which allowed us to take a taxi that offered car seats for kids.

Cons: One of our rooms was next to the lift, which was very noisy. We asked to move at 7pm and reception said it would be done while we were at dinner. Nothing was done. At midnight my friend went to insist on a room change. It took an hour. Nobody cared.

The lighting was so cool and we were super impressed with how well the room was put together, the decor. A fun bonus to the room was that it came with 2 DVD box sets of the Daniel Craig & Pierce Brosnan's James Bond movies.

Pros: On walking into reception I was greeted by the biggest smile I’ve seen from two lovely girls who asked about my journey to the hotel. I was offered to check in straight away and drop my bag off and given a free complimentary drink voucher to use at the bar. Although I got an email the day before saying hotel check in was around 4pm the ladies at reception said I could check in well ahead of my time and drop off my items. The room was just like the pictures - subtle and neon nights, suspended bed, and a good shower. I had two great night sleeps and even though I was on the first floor I heard no noise from anyone else in the hotel or from outside. The room was very unique - dark, yet romantic, modern but with a French twist. The staff in the hotel made it worth the stay.

Cons: Nearly cold water in the shower. Place for the breakfast not really comfortable. The hair dryer was out of use. The lift was put out of use during the night because it was too noisy. No opportunity to park a SUV in the parking of the hotel and no accurate information about where to find a public parking in the neighborhood.

Cons: Okay so first I paid 700 euro and the room was wayyy smaller than they appeared on the website. Money was stolen from my room and the staff was not helpful at all.

Cons: The only problem I had was with the room's carpeting. It was very obvious that it was old with a lot of stains all over. There was even a huge portion of the carpet that was bleached going under the floating bed. I highly recommend the hotel replacing the carpet in that suite because it certainly made me feel like the room wasn't very clean.

Cons: The location was the worst feature as although it’s close by to some facilities and attractions - not the attractions I wanted to go to. However, this is a personal preference not the hotels fault. Although a good hotel I will stay north of the river next time. There were a few marks on the hotel wall and light switches (general wear and tear) and throughout the hotel (for example the bottom step on the staircase had not been painted). I had trouble getting in the on two nights out. Although reception opened the door and let me in (on the second night I had to press the buzzer and 2-3 minutes later a gentleman came out from behind the scenes who was also very pleasant and asked how my night/morning had gone) I would have preferred just to have put my key card in the entrance door and have it automatically open.
