We had an attic/loft room, which was nice - it had a little character. But the bathroom had a strong moldy/stagnant water smell. Perhaps the sink was not draining properly. We just kept the bathroom door closed. Temperature regulation in the room was not great. For both of these small issues, it was probably just our particular room. You cannot beat the location. Pros (+) Great location, great staff, rooms were decent and clean, luggage check for off hour check-in, outstanding value and customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again .

Pros (+) Many sights and great restaurants are within walking distance. Metro station nearby is also convenient to get anywhere else in the city.
Cons (-) Room was very small. 3.50€ for minibar bottle of water was a bit much (I should have known better).

Pros (+) The staff was completely helpful and friendly. The location was extremely close to a metro/RER stop. Our room was really cute and well appointed. The price was absolutely unbeatable.
Cons (-) Like many European hotels (when compared to the US mega-chains), it doesn't have fitness centers, business centers, etc. however, given the location and the raw size (or lack thereof) of most of the hotels in the mix, its hard to fault them for that. If you're looking for a more "business trip" type hotel, this one may not be for you.
