Pros: This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location with an outstanding staff. As another reviewer noted, Giorgio at the front desk is polite and cheerful, in a quiet sort of way, and very helpful and attentive. This hotel Our only complaint is that is a top choice for someone wanting to spend several days exploring - - either on foot, by Metro, or by car - - the sights of Paris.
Cons: Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff had to be asked to replenish bath soap and shower gel.

Pros: Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Good size room with modern bathroom. Metro station is steps away allowing easy access to all the major points of interest in monuments.
Cons: No terrace or gym.

Pros: the best part of the hotel is the location and its good breakfast
Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available. I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room

Pros: Great location (at the door of the Louvre, comfortable apartment studio with plenty of space to stretch out, well appointed rooms (fixtures, freshness).
Cons: gym needed more space and more free weights - really just cardio material. Also, our neighbors above got quite loud (not sure if floors were as sound proofed as could be).

Pros: The hotel is located in the most central part of Paris, walking distance to all major touris attractions. The staff is very polite and welcoming very helpful as well. The room and common area design to perfection. The food in the Resturant is to die for. Very nice hotel worth every penny.

Pros: Small, intimate hotel in an excellent location. The building is old and full of quirks and character. The rooms are very updated and comfortable.
Cons: The staff was excellent. Regardless of who you spoke with, they were all friendly, helpful and informative.

Cons: The staff was very rude . When I requested a half an hour delay in check out time , they threatened to barge in the room exactly at 12.00 . I had to tell them , if they like I can walk in underpants in the lobby and dress up there !!!! Very impolite and rude for a four star hotel . Never choose this hotel , whatever the good review might say....

Pros: Good location and good restaurant.
Cons: Staff not very friendly. Try to call bell hop in morning of our departure no answer had to carry our own luggage down. Bathroom shower was full of mold very nasty try to change room Hotel was 100% booked or so we were told. We booked to have room with Eiffel Tower but instead got room on first floor with no view. Two guests arrived after us got much better rooms. Only difference we booked thru Expedia and other guests booked directly with Hotel.
