The location is very close to important sights like the Louie and transit stations. The room was gorgeous. We stayed in the suite and it was perfect for a family of 4.

This is the best location in Paris, just off the Lovre and multiple metro lines. Walking distance to the Notre Dame area and St. Germain. Perfect for a morning walk down the Siene river.

Pros (+) When I checked in they were great. Friendly, helpful, quick, and responsive. Good location, and great neighbourhood. The room was outdated but a great size, and bathroom a good size. I had a lot of storage space and free wifi is always a plus.
Cons (-) Once I checked in, I found BOTH lock boxes in my room didn't work. There was a hole in the wall where the AC tube went, meaning it never got really properly cold. I asked for cutlery one morning and the room service phone attendant hung up on me, and concierge told me to get it myself.

Pros (+) The Normandy has an unbeatable location on the doorstep of the Louvre.. We were very pleased with our room it was clean comfortable and spacious.. We lucked in with an Air con room on a 6 night stay with 36 degrees most of that week..If you like a Parisien type experience in a character hotel in a great location this is for you.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff was very quick to address any complaints
Cons (-) Old and badly in need of a refurbishment. First room we were in had peeling wall paper and extremely beat up carpets. Second room was an improvement but still outdated.
