Pros: The staff went above board to help us with every request. The Hotel is in a fantastic position. The hotels rooms are exceptionally well decorated with great facilities. This includes beautiful fresh flowers in reception which was a nice touch. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from a metro station which made getting around Paris very easy

Cons: Obviously not the Hotel's fault but would have liked to have been aware of the office building being directly constructed across the street. We are on the second floor so we didn't need an alarm clock! I've stayed at a hotel with this situation before and were offered compensation up front for the inconvenience (complimentary breakfast, small discount on room) but not this time.

Pros: Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, with real attention to detail. The dining room was excellent as was the food. Breakfast for €30 was sensational - especially the omelettes. The staff were superb throughout our stay and all the extra attention to detail like carrying bags to the room, booking taxis etc. It is a small, quiet haven of tranquility. A real escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Pros: I was suprised by the amount of dedication and care the staff put in their work to make me and my girlfriend comfortable. I booked this trip for her birthday and happened to mention it. Arrived to our door to see that they really put the fact to thought and made the door have a big giftwrap around it which was very beautiful, and a bottle of champagne. I loved the fact that we younglings tried to do everything in Paris by ourselves like booking tickets for museums and so on, until we broke down and were completely lost, even loosing our reserved table when we were on our way the restaurant. Devestated as we were we walked back to the hotel thinking our night was destroyed, well it wasn’t. The staff snapped their fingers and we got a table at one of the best restaurants i’v ever been too, priceworthy and 5 minutes away (walking) Best part of this was when we forgot the time to be at the AirPort and we had to take the Metro, which for someone who is new to Paris is hell on earth, atleast for me. We rang the hotel and asked them what to do they Said they’re call back in a minute, they did and our bags were on it’s way to our location in a taxi. My point is, I was blown away by the service. 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Room 10/10 Small but very comfortable Oh! The floor was amazing, I have problems with my feet and walking on what felt like Clouds really made my stay at the hotel very comfortable!

Cons: A bit pricey for what you get. Although a few of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, for the most part they were not. Trying to get a cab at 5am was not fun

Cons: Watch out for that city tax, and make sure you add anyone on your reservation when you originally book. I booked a “2 person” room and when I came with someone they charged me extra for that person since they thought I was alone. Not a fun surprise. I thought this had a an airport shuttle as well, but it cost 90 euro per person. Better off taking the metro.

Cons: Room was looking out to the inner courtyard and the view was mainly a big wall. Given the location, they couldn't have done any more to improve. Friendly staff, but the check out process could have been smoother as the queue did not move very fast.

Cons: There was no room for unpacking our clothes! stayed for one week and there was not a single drawer or shelf to store anything so after paying the rate of a 4 star hotel, we got the "confort" level of a 2 star hotel instead. The carpets were filthy and the matresses were soiled!
The narrow hallways smelled and felt like a cheap cruiseship.
We are very dissapointed with the quality of the rooms and the overall value of this hotel.
