Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to major transport links, shopping areas, and city attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty carpets, bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. Many reviews also note outdated or broken amenities, such as air conditioning, TVs, and lack of refrigerators. Room size is often described as small or cramped, and some guests report issues with noise and security. While a few guests found the staff friendly or helpful, others had negative experiences with service. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and room comfort.
