Cons: Only two hours per day available at the spa for children (13 and 15 years old). I would accept this, if they would not charge the same amount for them as for the adults.

Pros: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.

Pros: Everything was great. I loved the gym and pool!
Cons: The only thing I did not like was the very strong ROSE scent in the lobby. It was overpowering!!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spa and beds
Cons: The towels weren’t very clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is amazing, and so is the spa. The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable.
Cons: nothing. all was good.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal and easy walking distance to many central locations. There are great, slightly hidden restaurants behind the hotel in the same block. The lobby and other common areas - including the spa - are beautiful and very clean. The spa has a nice atmosphere with drinks and snacks on offer. I loved the green garden view from the spa, very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and service good!
Cons: We had an unfortunate start, as our room was missing bathrobes, the king bed sheet had a big rip on it and the table had no chairs to go with it. They immediately fixed this upon mentioning, with a nice note and chocolates to compensate. Some furniture were clearly worn out and stained. Shower nobs accidentally came of whilst turning. The lights and TV functions were a little too clever for their own good - it took us several minutes to find TV channels and to turn the TV off, on both nights. We don't generally struggle with such things... I feel they spent too much effort on the wrong things. We would've loved to have spent some time at the roof terrace, even if the pool was closed for winter. It's unfortunate that we couldn't enter that area. Spa services were priced way over what we're used to seeing in Finland, which was quite a shock. For more moderate prices, I would've loved to have booked massages.

Pros: I came the second time here. The stuff remember me with was nice. How ever the hotel it selfs, the rooms and the stuff is excellent. Amazing location, super cozy warm atmosphere. Nice view from the balcony. Will probably not change my choice of ms hotel in Lisboa so soon. Looking forward to coming back soon!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One day the maid forgot to replace the towels and we got back to the room around 11pm, call the reception and we had towels in five minutes. The day before we checked out we found a little champagne bottle and a box with wonderful chocolate in it, along with a nice card wishing us a farewell. Very classy!!
Cons: I liked everything! They knew I was in a wheelchair because I bottle my foot so they changed my original reservation to the first floor. The room wasn't high but it was perfect for the wheelchair. There's a feature that we even appreciated a lot: the door stays open and locks in some sort of magnet or something. That allowed my husband to manage the wheelchair without worrying about hitting me while he was trying to push it inside the room. Bone of the other hotels had that feature. The elevator is small but the wheelchair fits perfectly well, including a large suitcase.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, in a beautiful area and central, perfect base. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is exceptional. The room was well equipped, and the complimentary Port and custard tarts were a lovely welcoming touch. Highly recommended, would stay again.
Cons: It would be nice if the hot selection of food at breakfast was hotter, it was really only slightly warm unless freshly cooked both mornings. However staff on breakfast were happy to refresh when asked. Everything else was fantastic!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great - far more choices than I expected, with eggs, bacon etc, and a very good continental choice too. Dinner was superb. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. The hotel is great for singles, couples & families. I asked for a quiet room & got one, but I can imagine that all the rooms are quiet. Absolutely fabulous location, near tour buses, trams & 3 minutes from the airport bus - AND only 5 minutes down to the water. I had a lovely stay,so many thanks to all concerned.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: The facilities and room were very comfortable. Location was right in the center of Lisbon with many attractions in walking distance. The reception from staff was warm and I was offered a late check out at no charge.
Cons: Price was expensive, but it’s worth it if you want to treat yourself.

Pros: Browns was a small boutique hotel in downtown Lisbon. It’s location made exploring easy and the staff at the desk and the bar were amazingly helpful and always happy. The room, although small (small room with street view) was perfect. All the little details and extras made up for the lack of size. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Cons: If I had to find anything to dislike it would be trying to get in room the first time. There was a little trick to opening it with the key.

8,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and the concierge,Rachel, was wonderful She helped us put together a private tour with a driver, Abel. He showed us Sintra as well as many important sites in Lisbon. She also helped us with all of our questions and seemed really interesed in us. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the view from the 9th floor is amazing Our price, thanks you, was wonderful.
Cons: Although I checked in on line a day before arrival, our room was not ready. When they gave us a key, someone was in the room. Finally when we finally got in the room, it was not the twin beds I had requested. The last full day we were there, we came back to find a key in the electric switch. This hotel is very careless about keys. Prices for breakfast in the hotel were ridiculous.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.
Cons: The view on our room (one of the cheapest ones) did not have a good view, but I guess that is to be expected (it looked out over some flat rooftops with astroturf). One small thing, when we went out during the day my husband was dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and one the doormen sort of implied that he was looking for the wrong building, but it wasn't overtly rude, he just tried to stop him and ask if he could help direct him before he went in the door.
6,2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Property is gorgeous , the lobby bar was excellent , and the staff was great from day 1 . Location is one of the nicest areas in Lisboa. Went with my 1 year old, provided a crib with a cute teddy bear . Will definitely return .
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Housekeeping, doormen and concierge staff all very good.
Cons: Eighth floor is very noisy over New Year as a result of the 9th floor bar. Bathroom a bit faded. Toilet needed Attention. Even As a resident, unable to get reservation in an in-house restaurant. Plastic found in food- no apologies or gestures from any senior staff members. Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules in room, but no milk- €4.00 for a glass of milk via room service, seems a bit excessive.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a smooth check in and check out experience. The service from the doorman, concierge, receptionists, room service and spa all exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was definitely worth having with your booking. There is a big variety of hot food to cold food and the service once again, was excellent. Comfy beds and room is well equipped with robes, slippers, hairdryers, coffee&tea making facilities, desk, towels and toiletries. The one thing that stood out to me was the bathroom. Water pressure and temperature was extremely good - you can adjust it to whatever your preference. Water pressure is strong and the shower has 2 types of shower heads. Rook service food was prompt and good quality. We had deep tissue massages at the spa and it was one of the best massage I have had in a long time. All in all, everything was spectacular and I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers who seek amazing location, wonderful service and live up to the expectations of 5 stars hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A lovely hotel with excellent staff and in a great location. Really could not fault it.
Cons: Hairdryer useless! That is all.

Cons: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Location, Location!
5,8 Okay
Pros: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!
Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good with a wide choice of foods
Cons: a pity they didn't offer smoked Salmon and some more raw vegetables than only lettuce

Pros: The location next to the metro and the staff were very helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.
Cons: Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very polite staff, room was very clean. Name consept White is nice, because everything is white. Clean and tidy room. Small fridge and safe locker. Close to metro lines to centrum and airport.
Cons: This one is quiet hard to answer by one night stand. Traffic and metro noises came little bit to room.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect with one exception, already often mentioned: toilet is inside the room and could be solved better for more privacy
Cons: i would suggest to change the toilet door
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Tight for space in toilet and shower pods
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect gym and Spa facility
5,8 Okay
Pros: We loved that it was modern and bright. The location was good, with a pleasant 40 minute walk to the main square on the front. Along the route there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants or shops. There is also and excellent Metro line connection at the front of the hotel (for linger trips, to Belém or Oriente for example).
Cons: Where to begin... This is a great concept, executed so poorly and on a budget. We were excited by the app-based room control and other unique features. However, the AC did not work (were told it is “not an active system” when maintenance were called). The door lock system failed on us on day two. We were told this is normal because the heavy fire doors come loose (lean) and this required hinges re-drilling to secure the door (so that that lock connected again). Two of the main control panels (for lights and blinds) were broken. The mirror light didn’t work. The drinking cups in the room were cracked. We were offered a new room, to be fair to the hotel, but it was a much smaller, dingier one. This won’t deter us from Lisbon (what a city!!) - but will avoid this hotel now.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing experience, the rooms are modern, clean, well isolated in terms of sound, the location is great, breakfast was varied and good (we ended up buying breakfast every day there after trying it once), the staff was wonderful and we even had dinner there twice and it was tasty. Also, wifi was great and had good coverage all over the hotel.
Cons: None!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location; Breakfast is very tasty and diverse (however, a little bit overpriced); Rooms are comfortable and modern; Shared facilities have great conditions.
Cons: Rooms don't really isolate the sound from other rooms (despite this being described as one of their characteristics); Inside pool was a little too cold for winter.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room lights controls. Automated blinds. Friendly staff. Breakfast.
Cons: Lighting could be stronger. Cappuccino/coffee quite watered down.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for our needs and close to the river for nice walks, we return regularly
5,0 Okay
Pros: Coffee good with good selection of fruit juices. The 'hot' selection of food was cold and stored at a temperature that encourages bacterial growth. The cold food selection was a much better bet.
Cons: The lighting in the room was subdued so reading was difficult. Nowhere to hang your towels to dry out after a shower. Not a dedicated, hand socket for a phone charger.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and staff. They also have a large parking garage which was super convenient for us since we were flying out the next day.
7,0 Good
Pros: Cooked breakfast (buffet) has not hot.
Cons: There are some problems with the bathroom. The sink drain did not work correctly and the shower/bath fill tap is very difficult to access.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The staff and service was great. The location is excellent if you want to stay in an uber modern and spotlessly clean area of the city. I went for a walk once at midnight and felt completely safe. This hotel is within a block of the oceanarium, 2 blocks to the arena and metro train station, and a huge shopping mall complete with a supermarket. Everything in this area is modern and scrubbed clean. It is also a business area, surrounded by corporate buildings, as well as restaurants and other stores.
Cons: The entry area felt a little bit ostentatious and sterile. It was open about 2 or 3 stories high, white and clean. I felt a bit conspicuous every time I came and went. It seemed that there were a lot of business meetings and events happening there based on the traffic of business people in and out of the hotel. The room was a bit cramped, though nicely furnished, modern and clean. The elevators and breakfast buffet seemed taxed by the morning rush, and both mornings I stayed there they didn't have more than scraps in the scrambled egg trays.

Pros: Very modern 5 star hotel. Room size ok and beautifly decorated. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is big and shower is excellent. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast.
Cons: Everything was very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is excellent especially the staff. Cant fault a single thing.
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff at breakfast were amazing. Extra helpful, pleasant and very welcoming. Thank you to everyone in the restaurant. I wish I had the name of the (healthy) gentleman serving tea coffee. David at concierge was helpful.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing they happily dealt with all of our requests and went above and beyond. Room was spacious and comfortable. Spa area is great really enjoyed using it. Couldn’t fault the hotel!
Cons: Nothing!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights, breakfast was amazing
Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Linen and a large bathroom
Cons: More space between the single beds
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great value hotel if you want access to an indoor swimming pool. The room is very comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed here before about 2 years ago and it was just a nice as it was then. The buffet breakfast is good an has a wide variety of different choices. We don't each much for breakfast so we found it better value for us to buy a pastry and coffee from a coffee shop just around the corner.
Cons: nothing.
