Pros: Great staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9,7 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wing Lei was outstanding. Wynn Buffet was good. Tableu and Jardin were both good too. Parlor suite was huge! Especially the bathroom.
Cons: Food at the Buffet was just ok. Dim sum wasn’t served with mustard or Chili sauce. When I asked they Bro it Tabasco and Tapatio sauces. Fried chicken looked delicious but was dry. Seafood selection was ok but the carving station meat selection was great! Valet was good except at checkout when it took over 30 minutes and there was only one other person waiting for their car and I called from the room.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location on the strip.
Cons: I understand it was New Year’s Eve but the staff never handled a single issue redirected to one person for a drink to redirected to another person about the maid tossing my tooth brush all I needed was a replacement.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breathtaking ambiance of this hotel is second to none. THe fully automated rooms are like no other. I recommend The Wynn for business and family time.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this space!
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best service hands down.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice view room. Good Location.
Cons: Not suitable for kids. You have to pass the casino when you go to the elevator. There's heavy smoke smell.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable and there was free parking
Cons: allergic to the flowers used for decorations
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The best hotel in LV.
Cons: I would only prefer to show my ID when putting restaurant or bar charges on my room instead of shouting out my last name to the waitress. This would make it safer I guess because now everyone around me can hear my room number and last name.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out. This resort has 15 meeting rooms available for events.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Didn't have 2 end tables by the bed or a refrigerator or a microwave.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect (only 10 minutes from the airport) near the Manadalay Bay and nearby is a tram station (for free) which you can use to explore the other Vegas hotels. What we liked about the hotel that it is quiet and that there were no crowds like you see in the Bellagio or Venetian. The staff was really nice and patient. Wifi was fast and the room was so nice and clean and the beds were amazing. Also the nail bar is great. Our room had a mountain and airport view.
Cons: Even I thought I had booked the room with breakfast included, I had to pay for my breakfast which was very expensive. Plus it is a shame that there is not a big breakfast buffet to be able to choose from at least. It was only a la carte. On the second day the waiter was not professional and was like hurrying us to order, to eat and to pay. I was not even finished with chewing my last bite and he came to take away my plate.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location good
Cons: Additional charges that are difficult to explain?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. It was truly an oasis in the middle of Las Vegas. The spa and fitness center were fabulous. The location was great.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Excellent furnishings. Great staff. Beautiful hotel overall.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing hotel with a great staff. I think this may be my favorite hotel we have stayed in.
Cons: Nothing. It was close to perfect.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the room and amenities.
Cons: The lunch staff double charged my meal and I just happened to review the bill at check out and found the error. Possibly the lunch employee or audit should have caught it...not me. Some mold in the shower. Above ratings reflect this.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I honestly liked everything at the property. Captain Kirk (valet parking) was awesome!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing! I liked everything about the property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent. Very attentive.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. High quality room and facilities.
Cons: A constant rumour on 36 floor. I thought it was the noise of helicopters close by (heliport is very close). Then I understood it was an engine on the roof top of something like that. It was quite annoying and we could hardly sleep. Not acceptable.

7,0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: way too busy, had to Q for breakfast or lunch, especially for breakfast after 8am. because of the grand canal shops and restaurants felt it was over run with tourists, so as a paying guest in the hotel it made our stay uncomfortable with the large crowds.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Free parking and central location, great restaurants, classy environment and lots of space in suite.
Cons: the check out process was really messed up this time and quite stressful (phone, tv, kiosks all did not work). Four to five star hotels should be better

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Recommend to everyone!
Cons: N/A
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beauty of the Palazzo
Cons: It was my wedding son and the day before I’ve asked about bringing the wedding cake to be refrigerated, they told me to go to Customer Service, I dont remember the name, coming into the front desk is in the right side. There was a spanish lady, very rude to Me, she said se can’t take the cake and she can’ continue talking about it with me, I’m also spanish, but definitely she needs training, being polite should be a requirement to work at the Palazzo. I was in a small Hotel and the Supervisor there really helped me. It’s not about money its about attitude!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Always an enjoyable stay in one of the better rooms you’ll find in Vegas.
Cons: The check-in line was awful and our room wasn’t ready until after 7 pm. They also bumped our friends to the Venetian due to a lack of clean rooms.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Palazzo at the Venetian is a wonderful hotel. It exceeded my expectations and requirements as a guest. There were no flaws with the hotel and staff to speak of.
Cons: I won't hold this against the hotel some of the pools were closed. That's OK as it was for the reason of up grading. The airport shuttle did not appear at the expected time of departure after check out. I still made it to airport in plenty of time.
6,8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The room service pepole for dining wasn't politely and after one hour when we called and asked for our food they told if you are not happy for delay you can cancel it . It was 10 pm so as we cancel the order as we had no other option and they did not care that we have 2 small kids . When we called to hotel front desk for problem and what happend they to kitchen is not their responsibility! So most important is gambling there than people who goes for vacation! Also they charge resort fee that don't make sense for$45/night and for more benefits they add tax also if you Google it you will see it is not fair .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room layout
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Only thing is it takes awhile for the hot water to come on

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Decor and staff
Cons: Everything was parfect
5,0 Okay
Pros: We finally got rooms at 5:35 PM, no apologies . Asked for the manager, Molly responded and she had zero managerial skills. Emailed her our concerns, and her response was more aggressive than her attitude. We were given one temporary room which we spent ten minutes in that room. We left a pair of Mont Blonc sunglasses , makeup kit in the room. They were never recovered. How does that happen? Theft? Prior to reservation I personally called the front desk, and made sure we have access to the small lounge at the Encore towers, and we were assured with our three rooms that was the case, however we were denied access. Spent 5 thousand at this hotel , a disaster of a trip. We had stayed here several time’s before, and it was never like this. The rates we paid were beyond people pay for rooms in Vegas. They are so cheap, they have taken all complementary coffee arrangements out of the rooms.
Cons: The tower suit access and check in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very elegant with very clean spaces and rooms.
Cons: Distance from main strip areas was our only concern, however, rideshare services were abundant and well organized at Encore. The price is also very high due to the type of property.

Pros: Suites were wonderful and location is great!
Cons: Don't like the 10:00 a.m. check-out...too early. It should at least be 11:00. Pool bar on 5th floor doesn't have beverage servers...just need to go to the bar to get a drink/food. No desks in hotel - but the table was fine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location for this property is underrated. Great location! Easy access to the strip. Easy access to Miracle Mile Shops. Bummer the roof top bar was shut down due to the high winds.
Cons: Pretty awesome stay and location!!! Only critique would be the front when entering. The street leading up to the front of the property is a bit chaotic and could benefit from a traffic cop presence to help facilitate the madness.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect although we would have appreciated a little bit more coffee, etc, in the room as there were three of us and everything was set up for two. Full kitchen facilities were available. And the laundry facilities were most appreciated.
Cons: The only thing which irked me a bit was their instructions on where the nearby grocery store was. Following their instructions I went in the wrong direction (on foot) and after getting lost I found it, by chance, and it was closed! And it was not even late! The Supermarket had everything we could want and that was only a 4 minute drive.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Location is off the Strip but easily accessible, a short walk. I was here on business so did not make full use of the facilities ,Pool etc.. although all looked great. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen area with full cooking equipment and utensils was a great addition to our 2 bedroom suite, so no pressure to just eat at the bar or dining area. Convenience store is a short walk away for groceries you are staying for a longer period. We were here for the SEMA show at the Las Vegas convention center, which runs over 5 days. What made our stay extra special was the attentive staff members, from check in to check out they were all great. However a special mention to two individuals is a must, for making our stay that extra little bit more satisfying. Kiana on the reception was very polite, professional and made sure checking in and out was a breeze. I cannot close this review without a special mention to "Sherell" who worked in the Bar/Dining area, a true expert at customer service, Outstanding and a real credit to the DESERT ROSE RESORT. Regards to all.

Pros: great value friendly staff and having the kitchen facilities was handy
Cons: was a good hotel. Sofa bed was very thin could feel springs and also the Carpark area would have been so much better if they had a guest walk exit at the far (mgm) end as a bit of a pain having to walk all the way around to get out

Pros: Everything was great.
Cons: No
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location away from the strip. But 5 mins walk to get there. Great parking. Large units for the price of a hotel room. Clean.
Cons: Being so close to the aiport means there is a hum of planes landing and taking off for most of the night. However if you were placed in one of the blocks that was further away this is probably diminished.

7,1 Good
Pros: Room was huge and quiet with a great view of the strip. Bed was very comfortable. Decor is hilarious.
Cons: Everything at the hotel is very expensive. The minibar is weight controlled, so even picking up something to look at it can incur a charge on your room. Also, they should really give you a map of the property when you check in. We only found one at the end of our stay.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The couch was very uncomfortable and the wifi wasn’t great.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: In spite of being one of the largest a hotel in Las Vegas..their staff managed the work perfectly. They all are very helpful. Specially Adam (@ Concierge), he arranged our Excursions very well. The property is centrally located in Vegas Strip and most of the famous places are within the walking distance. We enjoyed our trip completely.
4,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the ambiance of this hotel. Very nice interior design and atmosphere.
Cons: Everything is way overpriced. Cheapest meals are in the food court. Place is very overcrowded and staff will solicit events that are impossible to get into for free.
7,1 Good
Pros: Position, was excellent, the room was tired, the carpet was tired, we asked for a non smoking room, all we could smell at night was cigarette smoke, coming through the vents, it was awful. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. We could not use the fridge, as the hotel would charge us $75, and the cost of the items we had taken out, even though, we did not use them. Breakfast was included, when we booked, instead all we got was a $10 daily charge, if we used their participating restaurants. It was written in the fine line, poorly advertised as breakfast, instead of a breakfast voucher at value of $10/day
Cons: We did not like the walk through the casino, in order to get to the room, it was far too Smokey, some days/nights more than others, this is not a hotel to stay in, if you have issues with cigarette smoke. We did not use Amy of the restaurants around the casino area as it was way too Smokey.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything very much just the cleaning service needs to get more be careful
Cons: I think the cleaning does the most important thing for everybody it’s not really clean I expect more than that but a Soke know about the rest it’s OK just a cleaning I’m concerned the cleaning need to put attention and dad thank you very much
6,0 Good
Pros: Location is the only good thing about this hotel
Cons: Really inflexible staff, old room furnitures, we have much higher expectation for a 4.5stars hotel in Vegas. But it was super disappointed
6,0 Good
Pros: The tower they gave me was extremely dated they try to make you take a different tower and charge you a bus load more
5,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was nice but I thought we were staying Caesar's palace like it said.
Cons: I was very upset when we walked up to the counter and I was told we did not have a reservation. Then I was told we had reservations at a different hotel. Nobu hotel was the hotel and we had to go check in at that hotel. Nobu is located within Caesars.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel!
7,0 Good
Pros: Iconic Vegas hotel. Good location center strip.
Cons: Hotel is showing some serious wear and tear. Parking is expensive. Elevators are beat up with duct tape holding things together in the Forum Tower. Spa is showing its age. Lots of casino slots had blank screens with Out of Order on them.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Casino was great, room and housekeeping staff were great.
Cons: Staff in reception/check in area were awful. Both days we were there we had issues with our room keys and parking after checking out all 3 incidents they make us feel like we were the problem and as if we were wasting their time. Last time staying here

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and vibrant venue. Restaurants were also fantastic !
Cons: 20.75 for a 1 litre bottle is absolutely crazy! Like really?? I’ve travelled the word and never ever paid US $20.75 for 1 litre of water. That’s just down right rude, criminal and has made me not recommend this venue to anyone... sorry but I don’t care who you are or how good you are but that’s just stupid to rip high paying guests off! Anyways ...
10,0 Excellent
Cons: You cannot have only one type of pillow. Foam pillows are much needed by the customers.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The room was not clean, hair in the shower and the entire time it smelt like smoke
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel overall very clean great restaurants and great fitness center
Cons: Room was dirty when I entered (food on floor). Also dirt clumps on carpet in a few spots in room. Last, minibar wasn’t cold.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: You were able to stay in the hotel without going to the strip place was self contained
Cons: The fact that the staff led me to believe my upgrade to a suite for only 50 dollars more. I was actually only placed in the sky suites with the same size room. Room initially was not available when we went to our room. They gave us 100 bux for room credit but forgot to apply until I had to remind them. I really wanted to impress my girlfriend with a nice good size suite. But, again felt deceived from the front desk. A courtesy nice 2 day sky suite (800 square feet plus) would definitely impress us to come back quite often.

Cons: Did not have free water to drink. Did not have slipper like 5 star hotel. Did not have coffe pot for hot water or coffee like 5 star hotel. Waited a long time to check in. No free parking. No free breakfast like most of 5 star hotel.
7,0 Good
Cons: The bottled water in the room is very ridiculous and you will be charged once you took it.

Pros: Had a horrible experience, curly black hairs on our pillow and bad customer service. The electronic drapes were cool but everything else was terrible.
Cons: Pretty much everything

Cons: The resort fee.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: room clean and large.
Cons: location is too far from stop Ave.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Yes, about 4:40am there was a whistling sound that woke us up. At first it sounded like a smoke alarm going off, so we jumped out of bed it see what it was. Then we realized it was not an alarm but coming out of the air conditioning vent or pipes.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and fairly quiet
Cons: Hotel lobby girl not very impressive, bad idea for drinks and snacks if you bump one off stand you have 45 seconds to replace or get charged. Did not like $100 security deposit per night that was not explained while checking in, called - told refund in 5d
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so luxurious. Great food and drink specials too.
Cons: Need better signage for how to get to the hotel lobby.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Front Desk staff was fabulous: professional, empathetic, fast, effective. Concierge was outstanding at a moment's notice (Ben helped get me a car), Bell staff was always prompt, available, waiting at drop-off, helping with bags. Housekeeping was SILENT but extremely fast & efficient (and incredibly friendly). Hearthstone restaurant (inside and out) was a beautiful space, and the service was spectacular - very good food, and service was fast, friendly, and treated my wife and daughter like queens. Blue Ribbon Sushi was also very good food, wonderful service, and such a beautiful outside seating area. Casino staff (sportsbook, poker room, cashier, waitresses) were all HAPPY and professional.
Cons: Some of the automatic charges are not fun to 'deal with': the automatic mini-bar charges were very troubling (before we got it sorted out); the resort fee itself seems unclear/not value-driven; the resort fee didn't get me access to the locker room w/hot tub... I would not call this a "spa" worth an additional $25/day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the bathroom, all the lights it had made it feel like i was rich.
Cons: The only bad thing about this hotel is that when i tried to call the front deak to try to check out at a later time and they would not pick up or it was a busy line

Pros: Size of the room. Clean and well organized.
Cons: Absurd "resort fee" added to room rate. This is not a resort by a long shot. The fee entitles you to 2 bottle of water and a DVD rental. Now it is routine to demand add-on fees to traditional hotel features.

Cons: The higher up, Jackie, who were not nice right after we said we need time to think about the time share.

Pros: There is nothing I would change, location is great close to the freeway with easy access to the the drag strip, and the LasVegas Strip. Gas stations and food options close to the hotel. Pros: The property was clean and breakfast was really good.
Cons: It was so noisy, we slept very little at night from a dog barking next door, to people banging things in their room to what sounded like a kid getting sick above us most of the night. Way too noisy of a hotel for a decent nights sleep. Would not use this hotel again.

Cons: nothing
7,4 Good
Pros: Good b'fast, lots of variety, not just the usual bread/rolls/cereal and milk/juice. Clean room. Firm mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: There were a collection of minor things that, to me, brought this hotel down from a 3 star, to a 2+ star. The outside sign did not turn on at dark. Brought this to the evening clerk's attention, she left a note for maintenance. Hopefully it's fixed. How is anyone supposed to know the hotel is there without an outside lit sign? Lobby elevator "UP" button sometimes intermittent, did not always work first time, every time. One elevator's "2" button appears to be held together with tape. Really? Got in late, went to bed early. Attempted to operate the A/C, buttons wouldn't work. Not until the next morning (in the daylight) discovered that the A/C was "remoted" to a wall thermostat. No notice from the front desk about the upgrade. THAT would have been nice to know. All minor things, and each individually not enough to pay attention to, but all together enough to upgrade or downgrade a "rating" by 1/2 star. Would I stay again? Most likely. It was a decent hotel overall. Just need to correct a few minor things to REALLY bring up the ratings ratings from a 3 star, to a 3+ star. It's the little things that catch people's attention, that they remember.

Pros: The property was close the location where my Business Meeting was being held.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The lady at the front desk which met us was very helpful. For those with gluten /dairy intolerance I can say they have good options for breakfast. It was clean in our room and the bed was comfy .
Cons: The location isn’t very pleasant and doesn’t seem safe. Also the guy at the front desk during our check out only came back at the desk after a few rings and wasn’t polite . Also he found it acceptable to argue with the guest.

Pros: The facilities were clean and comfortable. Only spent a night there and it was great.
Cons: Its in the middle of a lot of warehouses and a train is near by. Far from a lot of things

6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast had a big selection than what is normally typical for those kind of offerings.
Cons: This hotel sits directly across the street from a freight train. I wasn't aware of that when I booked it. Other than that it was an average Best Western.
