Extremely disappointed. Deliberately because it had a full kitchen. My family has special dietary needs and can only eat select places in Las Vegas. We ordered food for delivery and the hotel refused to accept it and hold or put it in our refrigerator. I spent $300 on the food and it was thrown out. My children went to bed starving because there was nothing else I could get them to eat before the ...

Pros (+) Amazing customer service, very up to date and clean facilities. The projector in the living room was awesome!

Pros (+) Our suite was huge/spacious. Only drawback was t the shower. The shower curtain was too short, therefore water would leak onto the bathroom floor.

Cons (-) With a hotel that is vast in size, most stuff is quite a walk away, not so convenient. That being said, nothing can be done about that. As for the shower, longer curtains!!

Pros (+) I have stayed here twice. I find this is a good location. It is close to everything (dinning, entrainement, shopping, etc.) not noisy.

Cons (-) Everything was good nothing to dislike. The staff are professional and discreet. I recommend it to all. The parking is free.

Pros (+) Found everything about the place to be first class. From the immaculate facilities to the professional and helpful staff to the amazing suite my high expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this location to those seeking a fun, luxurious stay sans smoke and gambling in the lobby.
