Great cocktail lounges and bars...
The spa needs to be updated and cleaned. If charging guests $70 for use of the spa on top of the $45 resort fee is going to be the norm than the hotel needs to uphold its end of the bargain.
Concierge very helpful whatever was asked of them. Suites immaculate and well designed.
The room, view and location are awesome.
The smoking in the casinos is the really bad point
Loved the room and the hotel.
The Canyon Ranch Spa was not great! My pedicure was horrible. Terrible ambiance, quality of service was poor. They did not honor my 20% discount which should have been noted in my booking. I had to park my car in valet and run back when I remembered they did not give our discounts. The haircuts should have been discounted as well and they did not honor our discount ads.
