The bed was really comfortable and there was good lighting/mirrors in the bathroom.
The room smelled rotten on arrival, and the fridge was warm, we called about the fridge and they never showed, fortunately we were able to get it working on our own. We realized that the rotten smell was either vomit or spoiled milk below the fridge and asked them to come clean. They did and left a little I’m sorry bag for us that was nice but when we arrived back at the room it still stunk and we looked and they didn’t get it all and we had to deal with that nasty smell the rest of the time, it made me gag and it never went away. To top it off when we booked for three nights it told us the charge for the 3 nights was 270$ then taxes would be added on after. When I checked out I had to pay another $377. That wasn’t cool, and I have never spent that much on a room in Vegas.
Location of hotel
After standing in line for over 40 minutes (we checked in at 5:30 pm) the clerk said they only had a room with two double beds. I reserved a king bed over a month ago. She stated that we would have to wait an hour or longer for a king room because they were not ready. She said she would call me when the room was ready. She took my phone number, checked our bags and left to get dinner. I got an e-mail at 8:30 pm that the room was ready! Luckily we had concert tickets for the following night. Otherwise, we would’ve been late or forced to take a different room. We have never experienced such a bad check-in experience. Your hotel needs to get adequate staffing to handle the volume. Ridiculous!
Perfect location on the strip and lovely modern hotel
Great location. Plenty of options for Food and Drinks on the nearby promenade. We were offered an upgrade at a discounted price on check in. Well worth the extra.
Being stopped by hosts every time we went to or came from our room. It was a nice touch at first but became quite tedious after a few times.
