I like how close it is to the strip. There is a lot to do .
The staff all have a different story about the policy. We signed a paper that would give us some money off if we didn’t want house keeping. We signed the paper even though we paid with cash and the paper said credit. The employee insisted that we would get our money back either way. When we tried to use the credit we were told it doesn’t apply to us because we used cash , and we didn’t receive house keeping since they kept the amount we were told. The restaurant would let us take are stuff Togo unless we sat down first.
Room was comfortable
No coffee pot in the room. No trash can in the bathroom
Honestly very hard to write anything positive about this place. The lady house keeper was nice. Man working in mini market store also nice.
Very poor communication from hotel. Emailed and called hotel about airport shuttle with no answer/reply.. Waited an hour for shuttle to get us from airport- never came so had to taxi. Manager did reimburse us so that was nice. Dirty hotel, very old/run-down. Sleezy feeling to it.. We were in non-smoking room- lots of cigarette in window seals/ room smelt of smoke. Sinks and bathtub didn’t drain properly and no hot water for shower at night. No tea/coffee in room. Location- took us about 20-25min walk to get to strip which wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place.
The best part of the hotel was the pricing, the cafe, pool area clean. Good happy hour drinks/ pricing. Mini Market was convenient though pricey. Free limo from airport
The rooms are dated, the bathroom really needed updating. Less than clean surroundings. Far from the strip. Expensive mini market.
